After grabbing lunch at food trucks quite a few times, and going to Off the Grid, I sincerely have a newfound appreciation for them. They're legitimately like the best thing ever. We need more of these everywhere haha. But seriously, they have steamed buns, noodles, tacos, burgers, sandwiches... It's the best.
Had sushi for lunch today from We2Sushi!
