PE Swimming Unit

It actually isn't that bad... yet. Of course, I've only had it for one day. XD Anyways, we just did a lot of kicks, flutter kicks, backstroke (which I so totally can't do, and water keeps getting in my face), freestyle (which I totally suck at), and some poorly attempted flip turns. Which I tried once, and got water up my nose for. Haha. Sasha and Toby and everyone who actually knows how to swim and is pro is like so lucky though. This unit is probably a total breeze for them... Oh well. Anyways, it's pretty cool, plus it's awesome that we swim when it's actually hot, and not in like January or something. The locker room showers are pretty good, they have hot water and everything. Blow dryers too!!! =) So yeah, it's not that bad, ad I'd rather do this than run a mile or whatever, but i's probably going to get worse. Basically, all the girls wore like two pieces except for a few, and all the guys just wore their swimming turnks, but some jumped in with shorts and a T-shirt or whatever. So yeah, all in all, not as bad as I thought it'd be, but definately not my favorite activity.

First Even Day!

I officially like odd days better, even though I have Foss. Mock Trial is every day, Turbeville and Foss cancel each other out, Tussy and Block are both hecka easy periods, and Goldin and Pence are both nice, but the fact that my favorite teacher is Pence, and my favorite class is Ceramics 1 (which are both on odd days), makes odd days more fun than even.
Anyways, we have to swim starting this Friday for PE =/ and I can't swim, so... Little bit of a problem there. I'm going to talk to Ms. Block and maybe she'll teach me. XD
Anyways, apparently I'm three people's freshman. Melanie, Jung, and Ellen. Which is weird, because I barely know Melanie, and Jung keeps hitting me on the head with some textbook. Ellen's cool though. Speaking of Jung, today, I was jumping, and I jumped straight into the textbook. XD It was hilarious.

Colorguard today was... interesting. Just drill, but we furthered he "matador" tango thing. Basically, we still get picked up, carried around, and cartwheel off, but instead of spinning, the guy gets on a knew, and we do a front flip over his shoulder. XD It's so weird, but whatever. The band sounds hella good though. =D I have to go do math homework know. Ugh. Lol.

Block Schedule...

...is SO. FRIGGIN. AWESOME! Well, if you can't sit stil for more than n hour, sucks for you, bu I love block schedule! So like today, it was like: Mock Trial, Ceramics, BRUNCH, English, LUNCH, Biology. I love that you have like, a break between every class except for A and 1st. But anyways, I love my odd days. Ceramics and Biology ROCK!

I swear I'm going to fail Mock Trial though... Too much improvisation and public speaking, and I have Guard practice, so it's like, I won't have time to prepare at all.
Ceramics is so awesome though! Excluding the fact that we have to draw our projects, I love that class.
English is... English. Foss made us interview people, then present our interviews, then she gave us a QUIZ on the people in our class. I mean seriously, who does that? Thank gosh there's only 17 people in our class. Lol. There's this guy that has a really interesting name. Tell me if you've ever heard of a guy named Tedmund. It's like a cross between Ted (or Theodore) and Edmund. o.o Oh well.
And then in Bio, Mr. Pence talked for like 99 minutes, but amazingly, I didn't get bored. He makes everything funny. I so love his class. =D So like, he was saying how he wasn't allowed to let us out early, but sometimes he would, so he was like, "But, if anyone sees you outside early and asks what class you're from, remember you're from Mr. Mason's class. Or Ms. Bitnoff. Or Mrs. Anderson. Just never Mr. Pence. Okay?" So yeah. That was completely awesome.

Anyways, I love block days. Breaks between almost every class, two days to do homework, longer periods of classes you like, not as much running around to your next class an such... I love it. Period. Of course, there's also the fact that I'll be stuck in Turbeville for 100 minutes straight, but math is pretty simple for me... usually... so I'll be fine... I hope... Then there's the issue of PE, which I totally suck at, but I hope I'll be okay. Lol. But whatever.

Block Schedule Rocks!!!

First Day of HS!!!

So fine, it wasn't that bad. I didn't get lost, but I DID have to ask for directions... twice. I friggin had to ask Melanie where the office was. XD That was so sad... But whatever. Anyways, I went in the morning, but Ms. O'Malley wasn't in, so I ended up going to Health and everything. Lol. Sasha was stuck in Health too, so when the teacher passed out policy sheets and stuff, I was like, "We can just go home and chuck these in the trash." XD

Adv. Algebra 2: Turbeville was okay, she seems like Mrs. Beggs. Like, by a lot. But the only homework we got was to cover our books and sign the policy sheet, plus a really easy algebra review worksheet. Lisa, Shannon, Tommy, Eric, and Linda are all in my Adv. Algebra 2 class, so at least I'll have some people I know.

Adv. English 9: UGH. I don't like Foss... Basically, she told us to get in alphabetical order, only she said, "Now, you guys are going to do a orthographic spacial!" It was like, "Uh... okay?" Then we got vocabulary words and we had to find a synonym, and Courtney and some other girl won, and their words were actually synonyms. Most of the words we got had like 5 different definitions and two of them were distantly related. But whatever. I don't plan to fail her class, so I hope I won't need the extra 2 point bonus.

Then after that, I went back to the counseling office and complained for my new schedule and got it, but the only two things that changed were my A period and 1st period.

PE: Basically, Block just told us to get our PE clothes and throw them in our locker. Technically, she told us to go up on the stage. Then I didn't see her again. For the whole day. But whatever.

Biology: OMG Pence is SO FRIGGIN AWESOME!!! Like, he was talking about the ocean, and he was like, "I like the ocean... and DAMMIT if I like the ocean, YOU'RE going to like the ocean too!!!" So yeah. Hard to believe he's like 60-70 or something. But he's so cool! Biology's going to be my favorite subject, like seriously. Oh yeah, and he said we were going on field trips and making sushi and calamari!!!

French 3: This was okay. Mme. Goldin seems really nice. She has this awesome French accent that she can turn on and off like a faucet. It's amazing. Anyways, I'm not really behind any of the French 3 people, so I think that I should be fine. Like, I might still have to work a bit harder, but I won't be as behind that I was afraid I would be.

Colorguard: We got our outfits today. They're so weird. o.o But whatever. I am officially a really bad Colorguard-er. Seriously. But whatever. Screw that. I just need the extracurricular points for my college application. XD Plus it's sort of fun. Haha.

So basically, my schedule is now like this:

A: Mock Trial, Barr (this should be okay, I hope. Probably lots of homework, but Pink Bunny and Alex can help me with that I hope.)
1: Ceramics 1, Tussy (they ran out of 3D Art 1 spots, but this seems pretty fun. Tussy seems really nice and funny, so that's a plus. Besides, I wanted to learn ceramics anyways, so yeah.)
2: Adv. Algebra 2, Turbeville (it's okay... I don't think I'll like it like Shack's class, but I guess I won't hate it either...)
3: Adv. English 9, Foss (this class I shall dislike. But whatever, I'll pass. I hope.)
4: PE, Block (it's PE. Running. Swimming. Cardio. What more can I say?)
5: Biology, Pence (COMPLETELY. TOTALLY. AWESOME. *see above description*)
6: French 3, Goldin (seems cool. Probably another of those, okay I'm in this class classes. But Ellen's there, so it should be okay.)

First Day of School Tomorrow! =(

Dammit! I didn't even do anything this summer... besides volunteering, tutoring, and band camp. Yesh, all the Asian stuff. I barely finished French 2 and I don't remember any of it. XD Oh well. Ms. O'Malley still didn't mail me back... My parents are convinced that she's a sucky counselor. I prefer to think that she has a life and doesn't check her e-mail every weekend. Although it'd help me tremendously if she did. I'm still stuck with my totally screwed up, stupid schedule. ugh. So friggin annoying. Oh well. Anyways, school starts tomorrow... Yuck. I don't want to go to school... And I have Guard practice from 5-8 too... I still can't do a dropspin without rolling up my flag, so I'm totally screwed... Oh well. I bet $10 that I'm going to get lost tomorrow! Especially since I'm changing my schedule like, 10 minutes before A period. So yeah. I'll update you on my absolutely horrifying first day of high school tomorrow. =D I still can't believe I'm stuck with Foss! Ugh! Hopefully when I change my schedule, I can get Kinavey though, since according to Sharanth, they don't have Adv. World Geography and Culture 1st period, which is when I currently have Health...

Colorguard/Melanie's Party!

So Colorguard was okay yesterday. Hella tiring. Tons of drill, plus 3 laps. But whatever. Afterwards, we did the Circle game, and I got boring parts, but it was sort of fun. At the end, all of the freshmen went outside to get cookies, but it was a trap (obviously) and we all got pummeled with water balloons, except for me, cuz I was smart enough to run after the seniors and grab like 3 water balloons. I wouldn't have gotten wet at all, except Justine smushed a balloon over my head. XD Then I threw one at Guilio and it totally bounced off of him. I was like, "DUUUUUUUUUUDE WTF?!?!?!" Haha. And I got the bag of cookies, except some dude ripped it out of my hands, so that sucked. XD Then Ross chucked a water balloon at his mom's car. I totally cracked up when I saw that. Speaking of Ross, during lunch break or whatever, I was laying on Courtney's backpack, but she stole it back, so I was using Ross' as a pillow, then he came back and was like, "Uh..." so I got up and he had this really weird look on his face and was like, "Um... well, you can use it..." I was like LOL. But Colorguard had to leave anyways, so yeah. Then after the water fight, I went back into the band room, and the Colorguard was gone, which made me kind of freaked out, since we were supposed to walk to Melanie's house together for a Guard party.

So anyways, my mom gave me a ride, and Melanie's house is freaking AWESOME! They have this saltwater pool with a jacuzzi section, a HUGE backyard with swings, a separate game room/house, a playhouse that's like a fourth the size of their house, and their house is basically the size of my house! So we were totally fooling around in her pool (which also has a SLIDE!) and trying to do Guard exercises in the water. We played 10 fingers, and shot water at each other, and ate all the food her mom provided (pizza, candy, chips, cookies, lemonade, apple juice, soda, Otter Pops, etc.) and basically had an awesome time. Then we figured we should watch Mask of Zorro, or else Kelly would probably get pissed, so we went inside her game room, where she has a GIANT TV, and fast forwarded to the important parts, obsessing over how pretty Elena is, and how awesome the fight scenes are. XD Then some people left, and we all played Brawl, where I totally got pwned by everyone, since I didn't even know how to play Brawl. Then we played this Asian version of Street Fighters, where I got pwned yet again. XD It was hella fun though!

Frosh Orientation/Schedule

Orientation was okay. Sort of boring, and full of seniors trying very hard to get us enthusiastic. It was funny, cuz there were a ton of seniors welcoming the freshmen when we went through the gate (like two huge lines, with people reaching out for high fives), and all the freshmen were just walking through looking embarrassed, so I was like, "Hm..." and took off running through the people. Then they were all like, "OMG, SHE'S RUNNING!!!" It was really fun and funny. XD Anyways, we got a grand tour and learned the Grizzly Fight Song and Rumble. As for my schedule, I don't really like it, plus it's totally messed. Right now, it's:

A: Unscheduled (and I'm supposed to have an A period)
1: Health, Fitch (even though I passed the stupid test)
2: Adv. Algebra 2, Turbeville (this is fine, since I knew I'd get Turbeville anyways)
3: Adv. English 9, Foss (I freaking wanted Kinavey! Gr! But I at least have Courtney in that class)
4: PE 9, Block (I heard that Block's okay, but I don't know. I don't really want PE in the afternoon...)
5: Biology, Pence (I don't know about Pence, but apparently all the Bio teachers are nice. I sort of wanted Bitnoff though...)
6: French 3, Goldin (this one's awesome; Ellen's in my class, and Goldin's really nice)

So yeah. I mailed my counselor (Ms. O'Malley), and I'm waiting for a reply. But whatever. If I have to keep this schedule, I'm going to be so pissed. It'll mess up my whole planned out Cal schedule...

Registration

So anyways, I went to registration today! I saw Taehyun's ID card that he forgot to take yesterday, and I thought he was actually there, but I left after waiting 1 minutes. Lol. Got my fees paid, my lock for my locker, my t-shirt, and ID card! PE clothes come on the first day of school though, and I have to wait for Freshman orientation for my schedule (grrrrrr). So I made a new friend already (she's in my grade), and her name's Kira (I'm not sure if you spell it like that, but it's pronounced like that). She just came from Canada. =D Anyways, the class t-shirts are hella ugly. XD It says Cal Grizzlies on the front, then it has the year you're graduating on the back. But whatever. My ID card looks okay, but I'm just not photogenic, so yeah. Then I'm totally pissed that I have to wait until Friday (the orientation) to get my schedule. Everyone else (non-freshmen) gets theirs at registration. Argh. Anyways, speaking of orientation on Friday, all the freshmen in Marching Band and Colorguard have practice right after (orientation is 9-12, practice is 12-6), so we don't even have time for lunch. o.o It sucks. But oh well, the woes of having stuff that looks god on your college application... XD

Matador "Tango"

So anyways, I curse my petite-ness. Since I'm in the smallest third/fourth of the Colorguard (I'm basically the smallest there), I have to "tango" with a band member. It's not really tango-ing though, since we ALL have to actually tango. It's more like opening the performance. Kelly, our coach, had an "awesome" metaphor. Basically, the band member is the matador, and the Colorguard member is the matador's cape. So, the band member gets to "do whatever he wants with the girl." Basically, the guy (band member a.k.a Alex in this case), has the girl (me in this case) upside down on his back and is walking with me like that, then I cartwheel off, do the spinny in thing where you twirl in, then he leans back, and pushes me out, effectively untwirling me. And throughout this, we're supposed to be looking at each other in a way so that it's (I quote Kelly) like we're "attracted to each other, but sort of *pause* *makes catfighting motion and noises*." But yeah. It's really interesting. o.o And while we were rehearsing this, all of the other band/Colorguard members were off to the side, staring, and laughing their butts off. But whatever. Anything for the sake of Colorguard, right? DX

Feline Socializer Class

So I missed mine today, UGH! I'm so pissed. (By the way, it's a volunteering shift thing.) Like, I sort of forgot, but this morning I asked my mom if we were going anywhere today, and she was like, "No." Then at like four I was on Facebook and all of a sudden I was like, "Oh sh*t!" So I told my mom that I missed it, and she's like, "What? ....... Oh. Right." Then I asked if she wrote it on the calendar, and she went to check, and she was like, "Yeah." So I went back to my room and got all pissed because she said she checked if we had to go anywhere this morning. So then my dad shouts up at me and is like, "It's your fault that you didn't remember!" So my mom asked me to check when the next one is, and it's in Oakland, and she refuses to take me to Oakland because apparently it's too far, even though she shops there like, once every two weeks. And I can't go to the next Dublin one because I have Colorguard. It's so friggin stupid. UGH! Dammit. So yeah, I'm friggin pissed at my parents right now. I mean, I'd be okay (sort of sad, but not pissed), if my mom either forgot to write it on the calendar, or if I didn't ask her if we had to go anywhere, and if my dad didn't try to blame the whole thing on me since she DID write it on the calendar, and even checked it because I asked her too. But whatever. Grr.

Ringling Bros & Barnum and Bailey

So today, Jason, Jess, and I went to the Oracle Arena to watch the Ringling Bros & Barnum and Bailey circus, "The Greatest Show on Earth". Personally, I've seen better circuses on TV. But whatever. Anyways, it was pretty good, not extraordinary, but decent. It was pretty funny too. The food and souvenirs there are SUCH a ripoff though! And I'm not even talking about normal ripoffs. I'm talking about ripping off ripoffs. If that makes any sense. XD Oh well. But whatever. it was fun. Check my Facebook for pictures and videos. So anyways, they had horses (Shetland ones too), ponies, dogs, elephants, and tigers. The dogs were awesome! =D The ponies were cool too, and the horseback riders did tons of tricks, plus there were a few dressed up like royalty, so that was kind of cool. The elephants were what you'd expect, the cancan line or whatever, and elephant riders. I kind of expected more from the tigers though, all they did was jump from stand to stand and go on their hind legs. Jason was like, "I thought there'd be a flaming hoop or something!" And although that'd be cool, it'd be hecka dangerous, but a regular hoop wouldn't hurt. As for the people, there were tons of acrobats and trapeze artists, and those were pretty cool. A few clowns too, but they weren't really funny. I think my favorite part was probably the dogs. Which is kind of sad, since if I wanted to see a dog show, I would have went to a dog show. But the trapeze artists were cool, plus they had that big steel sphere that motorcycle riders go in. So all in all, it was pretty good, but not exemplary.

Sunburnt! =(

Not like AMAZINGLY sunburnt, but I am quite sunburnt. Haha. I guess I didn't put on enough sunscreen? My shoulders burn hecka easily if I'm in the sun for more than an hour though, and I don't really want to wear an inch of sunscreen, since we're sweating at the same time, and... yeah... Oh well. Anyways, we marched for the first 8 sets of our opener today, and it was kind of confusing, but whatever. Then all the Colorguard people went home after that, and when we arrived back at Cal for our evening practice, I look around, and I was like, "WHOA! Everyone's sunburnt!" Worst of all was definitely Kelly and Kyle though (two of our instructors), because unless I was mistaken, both of them had their whole back and shoulders/arms totally red. it was kind of freaky. o.o Haha. Anyways, today was one of our most relaxing days, and all the HARDCORE (yeah!) Colorguard members were totally cracking up when we heard some band members going, "OMG that was so hard!" (They're wusses. XP) So yeah, today was okay, but next time we're marching, I am so totally wearing LOTS of sunscreen.

Band/Colorguard Camp

Anyways, it's tiring. Very tiring. And it makes your muscles sore like crap. So basically, we've done lots of ballet stuff, like (I might spell these wrong) plies, tendues, and degagers. Then we have the "basic" stuff like side/right/left splits, right/left cartwheels, butterfly stretches, bridges, etc. Then we have a lot of stretching "routines" like the secre (sp?) stretch, which is hard to explain, but your hands sort of form a half oval, and it goes up and down and some weird stuff. Lol. Then there's one for your legs, which involves plies, attitudes (it's like a curved kick with a pointed foot), batmas (sp?), batmas with curved arms, and a hop + an attitude (a hopping attitude! XD). Then there's the hip stretch, which is... nevermind, you don't want to know. So we do lots of miscellaneous stretches, all of which actually stretch your muscles, not like those wimpy ones we do in PE. Then we do 16 sit-ups in 6 different leg positions, plus 16 alternating oblique sit-ups, then 16 sit-ups on the right oblique, and 16 on the left. So that's... 144 sit-ups? o.o Wow. I didn't know we did that many. Then we do about 10 push-ups. And we run.
As for actual flags/rifles/sabers, we learn to spin them first, and trust me, a flag is way easier than a rifle or saber. Flags are still hard for me though. Anyways, after we spin, we learn some flips, which are also kind of hard, and seeing as how the flagpole is about a foot taller than me, it's hard for me to flip. But it's better than tosses. You don't want to see me try to toss a flag. It's catastrophic. So, we separate our 15 or so people into flags, rifles, and sabers, and I'm a flag (thankfully), even though most people want to be a weapon. I like flags because I can actually do SOME stuff on it, plus the fact that flags are like 2-3 lbs, rifles are 3-4, and sabers are like 5.

As for marching, Colorguard FINALLY learned how to march today, and I was totally confused for the first 10 minutes or so as to what we were doing. XD But at least I can (sort of) march now, so that's all good... sort of. But I can't spin a flag and march. Which is really bad, since I have to spin and march. Oh well. Anyways, it's pretty tiring, but I feel worse for the Marching Band, since they have to be in the sun virtually the whole time. What I don't get though, is why some band members fainted on their first day out (or so the rumor says), since they were just standing/stretching outside, whereas Colorguard was running across the football field, stretching, and traveling outside. And we got the same amount of water breaks about.

Anyways, for our program this year, we're doing Zorro, which is really heroic or whatever. And all the girls are wearing hairpieces, fake eyelashes, lipstick, eyeliner, and probably eyeshadow. All of which I hate. And then we have this black fishnet top with a red pattern underneath, paired with black pants with a red pleather design, and black canvas jazz boots. And we're supposed to be all seductive and independent or whatever, which I am DEFINITELY not going to be. I don't even want to try. Ugh. But I have to, or else it's like totally no point in being in Colorguard. By the way, if you go to my school, pretend you either didn't hear this, or you didn't hear it from me, because apparently this is top secret or whatever.

So all in all, band/Colorguard camp is tiring, hot, and hard. And annoying.

Olympics III!!!

So anyways, I'm not sure about the medal rankings, but I think they're still the same (USA in lead for overall, China in lead for gold). Phelps and Coughlin both got gold medals, and the USA Men's Gymnastics got a bronze. They messed up really bad on the pommel horse (Tan got lower than a 13), but Germany was around 4 points behind, so they weren't able to cover that distance. China obviously got the gold for Men's Gymnastics. I'll post more tomorrow, must go sleep and rest up for the band camp tomorrow (8:45-12:30, then 5:30-9). Do some stretches too. Night guys!

Band Camp!

It's interesting. You have to be HELLA flexible for Colorguard (if you want to do it right, which no one really can, but whatever). o.o Anyways, it's really hot in the Commons (where we practice), and add that to tons of conditioning and stretching (we're supposed to be able to do splits, which no one can do...) and it equals lots of tired Colorguarders. Lol. But some of the routines are sort of weird, and I SUCK at footwork. So I'm going to need a lot of practice at home... DX Oh well. I think Colorguard should be worth more than a semester of PE. Like, sure, Colorguard's only the fall season, but we work way harder than Marching Band in terms of physical exertion. Whatever. So basically, we have around 20 people in Colorguard right now, and we just stretched and did some interesting "routines" today. Tomorrow we're going to learn the "Basics of Marching" and work with some flags. I'm probably going to smack someone on the head, and I'm wondering whether or not I should request a 10 foot radius so I don't give anyone else (I mean, I'm almost certainly going to give myself) a concussion. So anyways, band amp isn't bad, but it's pretty damn tiring. Marching Band isn't hard, from what Courtney says, just fast music basically. And the weather plus marching, but we all have to deal with that.

Monday, August 11, 2008

Olympics II!!!

Anyways, the US still has the most medals, with a total of 11. Their Women's Gymnastics team had a few errors, what with Peszek not performing (other than the uneven beams), as well as costly falls by Sacramone and Luikin, not to mention several missteps in their floor routines. The only person without a single significant mistake (not counting Peszek in the one routine she DID perform) would be Shawn Johnson. They still came in second at the preliminaries though. The US got gold for basketball obviously. Hoff looked like she was a clear win for gold, but Australia surpassed her in the last 25 meters about of the 400 free. But then there was that AMAZING save by Jason Lezak in the Men's 4 X 100. He carried on Phelps' dream of an 8 gold medal season.
Chinese Taipei is still in second place, with the most gold medals (6). They also had a few falls in the Women's Gymnastics, the most severe of which would be the landing on the uneven beams by Jiang Yuyuan. I swear most of the girls on the team look sooo young! But whatever. Anyways, they came first in the preliminaries and will continue onto the finals! My favorite out of those would probably be Deng Linlin. She's pretty young, but she's really good.

Anyways, some of the turnouts of the Olympics are REALLY unexpected this year, but hecka fun to watch! My favorite routines to watch are still gymnastics though, both men's and women's. I can't wait until they get to the diving though, that's bound to be cool!

Olympics!!!

W00t! Everything's going awesome! The US has the most Olympic medals (8) so far! It might change tonight though. Phelps stole gold in the 400 IM, as expected, but Lochne overpassed him in the backstroke. It was a pretty close race until Phelps totally dominated in the freestyle. Coughlin took silver too. Then the US swept the board with women's fencing, claiming gold, silver, AND bronze.
China currently has the most Olympic gold, with a total of three. They surpassed both South and North Korea in the air pistol (=D), and COMPLETELY dominated all opposition in nearly every aspect of Men's Gymnastics: pommel, still rings, parallel bars, you name it. I swear, I don't get how they do any of that, like holding yourself absolutely still on the rings, or flipping on the parallel bars. It's amazing.
I noticed I never posted about the opening ceremony, but basically, I swear that China should always host the Olympics. They totally pwn the rest of the opening ceremonies, especially with the drummers. Man power! XD The countdown was totally awesome... If you haven't seen it, you HAVE to watch it.

Outside of the Olympics, I went shopping today. Or got dragged more like it. But whatever, it was okay today, which is amazing seeing how much I don't like shopping. I got a few spaghetti straps from Hollister, some jeans/tanks/jackets from Marshall's, and a few flared shirts from TJ Maxx. I'm hoping that I won't have to go shopping again, but I guess I could do with a few more tanks. Eh, whatever.

Band camp starts tomorrow! Ugh... I have to wake up at 9 tomorrow (practice starts at 10), and since I haven't practiced throwing my flag around excepting that one time, plus the fact that I'll be hella sleepy, I'm probably going to give myself a concussion. Oh well. DX I guess I'll survive... hopefully.

I went to a volunteer orientation thing (again) at the Tri-Valley SPCA, because I want to be an "official" kitten socializer. Although technically, I'm still a volunteer, so who cares if I'm official or unofficial? Whatever. Anyways, I need to take another class next Sunday, then I can start volunteering (again).

That's pretty much it... So yeah. GO OLYMPICS!!!

Breaking Dawn!!! (Continued Yet Again)

WARNING: SPOILER ALERT!!!

Lol. The top is a picture of my second favorite fan made cover!!! Now starting from where I left off, Chapter 26: Shiny.

Edit: I knew it. Bella didn't kill Charlie or make him a vampire. Haha. Thank goodness Nessie didn't try to feed off Charlie either. Awesome. So now Charlie can come visit Bella anytime!!! Well, unless she's majorly hungry, but I'm pretty sure the Cullens will take precautions.

Edit: I don't get why Bella doesn't like the nickname Nessie. Sure, there's the problem of where it came from, but all in all, it's a nice name... I love Nessie's full name... Renesme Carlie Cullen. It's sounds really nice. And another comment about Jacob and Nessie: If they are one day married and they have a child, won't the kid be half human, a fourth vampire, and a fourth werewolf? And seeing as werewolves and vampires are "enemies" and vampires feed off humans, won't that be kind of awkward for a child's genetic heritage?

Edit: OMG that's AWESOME! Bella can beat Emmet at arm wrestling! W00t!!! Haha, and then she completely annihilates the rock. XD Sounds like something I'd do. Be like, "Hmm... Maybe I can chop up this rock..." And start giggling all the while doing it.

Edit: Uh... What's Nessie going to be? The next prodigy in like, everything? Be smart, pretty, athletic, and totally awesome in every single aspect ever? Besides a food-eating contest, but whatever. I'm jealous of a three month-old... XD

Edit: *eyes boggle a foot out* Duuuuuuuuude... Gold woven into a chain with a diamon the size of a golf ball?!?!?! What the hell... These vampires are crazy with their money. Might as well donate some to the needy! Sheesh!

Edit: Oh... So Nessie might die when she's fifteen? ...That really sucks... But onto more pressing thoughts. I wonder what will happen when Bella goes to Italy? I mean, she's going alone, obviously, or else he might find out about Nessie and try to "recruit" her, but will Aro try to recruit Bella? I mean, her gift isn't THAT useful to him, but if he somehow cons her into doing things, they could be deadly. I mean, Bella has the superhuman strength of a newborn, and the self control of an aged vampire... Put together, she's deadly... I mean, she wouldn't do it out of her own will, but Aro might think of a way... Like targeting Charlie, or Renee...

Edit: No. Nonononono. Alice isn't a coward. She wouldn't ditch them. Nu-uh. No way. She's probably off doing something really dangerous to try to help them, but she doesn't want them to know because they'd try to stop her. And of course, she has to bring Jasper along for the COVER because she knows that the Cullens know that she wouldn't go anywhere without Jasper, and she knows that Carlisle won't send anyone after them because their choice to "desert" is exactly that. THEIR choice. Yeah. That's it. No way that Alice would just desert them. Even if she wasn't inexplicably tied to every member, no way she would leave one of her best friends (Bella) to just die. Nope. No way.

Edit: I thought of another reason. Maybe Alice DID desert them. But not for the reason they think. Maybe that/those visions Alice had afterwards gave her a clue. Maybe the reason as to why all of the Volturi are coming has to do with Renesmee, but also with Alice somehow! Maybe, in deserting them, she's actually protecting them by a) having less problems for the Cullens to explain (now it's just renesmee and not Alice too), or b) distracting the Volturi, possibly making them split up (half go after Alice, half for Renesmee). Or, maybe it was Jasper and not Alice. Or maybe it was both!

Edit: See??? She left Bella something to go on. I wonder what's so bad about The Merchant of Venice though? How does that tie into the Volturi? Well, besides the fact that they're all related to Italy. Hm... There's obviously something forbidding about that book, but I've never read it, so I don't know what. UGH! I'm really empted to read hat book before continuing Breaking Dawn, to see if I can figure out the mystery myself, but Shakespeare's books usually put me to sleep. The Merchance of Venice... I wonder why...

Edit: I want Benjamin's gift. It's the most awesome out of everything. I swear. Manipulate all four elements? Yessir!!! I want that gift! I mean, Bella's is useful, Edward's is great for annoying people, and all the other gifts are cool too (I mean, Jane and Kate's gifts would be awesome to test if you were being mugged. XD) but manipulating all four elements to do whatever you want... Now that's the greatest thing ever. But then again, I'm not going to have a gift at all, but I'd want Benjamin's if I could get a gift...

Edit: AHAHAHA!!! SUCKS FOR YOU, JANE!!! Lol. Good job, Bella!!! She can protect everyone! Awesome! her gift is actually a really good one, but it's a bummer than it only works against mental attacks... Oh well. I wonder if this is really going to turn into a big fight? I hope benjamin survives though. I like him, he's cool... I wonder what Alice is up to though... Hands down, she's still my favorite character...

Edit: ROFLMAO. "Aro, would you ask Jane to stop attacking my wife?" Heh. I bet Jane didn't like that at all. Hilarious though...

Edit: Huh. No battle. I would've liked some action though... Maybe a few people to die. Oh well. I guess there's no need for Bella to go to Italy then, since Aro already saw her vampire-ness. And Nessie is going to be immortal for all we know too! So it's like happily ever after for everyone's favorite character, whoever that is. Unless that was Irina. So it's basicaly the happy ending to the perfect fairytale. Kind of lame, but sort of nice.

Hm... Seems like I've finished Breaking Dawn... I have to find another book to read now (preferably one that is an actual, tagible book, and not one online since the endless hours at my computer were killing my eyes).

Breaking Dawn Reflection

Breaking Dawn was definately an interesting book. Not all that good as I expected, what with the myriad of twists and weirdness, but good nevertheless. I sort of expected it to be better though; it sounded too much like something posted on a fanfic sight. The ending (happily ever after) was a bit cheesy, and I thought it would have been better if the fight actually broke out between the Volturi and the Cullens' mob of disorganized vampires/werewolves (or shapeshifters). Eclipse is still my favorite out of the Twilight saga though. Breaking Dawn definately incorporated a multitude of surprises to keep the reader on the edge of their seat, but it also contained some confusion and doubt as to whether Stephanie Meyer had her head in the right place while writing this novel. All in all, a good read, but a bit disappointing for the avid fans of the Twilight saga.

Breaking Dawn!!! (Continued Again)

WARNING: SPOILER ALERT!!!

OMGOMGOMG!!! I found Breaking Dawn online! W00t!!! Go me!
There it is in case anyone wants it. I'm so talented. =) By the way, the picture on the top is my favorite fan made cover. Now time to read and reflect!!! XP

Edit: Lol, Charlie will just make some excuse that's totally off course. XD Like Bella's guess that Edward was bitten by a radioactive spider. XP I wonder when the baby is due though...

Edit: LOL. "You. Got. Food. In. My. Hair." *chortles* So funny. I hope that Rosalie never got in any food fights when she was little... Speaking of food fights, I remember my friends and I have this HUGE one at a birthday party... We were covered in icing, hot dog and hamburger buns, drenched with soda and juice... Oh yeah, and then we washedit off in her swimming pool!!! Good times... I feel sorry for her parents though. XD

Edit:
Wait... So the baby might have 24 chromosomes? Same as Jake? Doesn't that mean the baby would be a werewolf? Uh... okay then... Human mom, vampire dad, werewolf baby... Interesting...

Edit:
Hm... I wouldn't mind a romance going on between Jacob and Leah... =D But I doubt either of them is going to imprint, given that they've already been together so long, so if they were going to imprint, they would have done so a while ago...

Edit:
Oh... Genetic dead-ends. Never thought of that. But Leah and Rosalie have more in common than that... They both don't want to be what they are either...

Edit: So it's either Edward Jr. or Renesmee. I like Renesmee better. Plus, I think the fetus acts more like a girl, since it's been scientifically proven that females enjoy people more, whereas males are more tempted by things. Moronic, materialistic males... Just kidding... =D

Edit: Ooh... Jake and Leah's talk about imprinting gave me the weirdest thought ever. Saying that Bella's baby is a girl, what if Jacob imprints on her? And if it's a guy, what if Leah imprints on him? Well, Leah probably wouldn't get near the baby, so scratch that. But wouldn't it be weird if Jacob imprinted on Renesmee? Weirder for Bella too... Your best friend in love with your daughter. XD

Edit: OMG, wtf? The fetus understands them? It's like the next genius... whatever it is! That's awesome though, that he isn't hurting Bella anymore. Looks like Bella might actually make it out of this human!

Edit: Oh God, oh God, oh God... It's a girl! Yay! But Bella's dying. Nooooo... No, Bella's going to become a vampire. Please. She can't die. She WON'T die. Ugh. Must see what happens.

Edit: Yes! I knew it! Well, not really, but I guessed it! Jake imprinted on Renesmee! And Bella can't be dead because the next part of the book is from her viewpoint! Yes!!! Well, she's going to be a vampire, but still... Now that I think about it though, It's even weirder than Quil and Claire... Jake loves a baby less than a day old, who is also the daughter of his best friend... o.o So if he marries Renesmee... He'll be Bella's son-in-law...? O.O

Edit: Hm... It seems like Bella has more self control than other newborn vampires... And Renesmee is half human! I'm guessing she looks human, but needs blood. I'd rather look like a vampire and need food. But whatever. XD

Edit: WHOA. This book is hecka weird. So I'm guessing that Bella is gifted with self control, and Renesmee is gifted with the talent of replaying her memories in other people's heads. And Jacob nicknamed Renesmee after the Loch Ness Monster (Nessie). I guess the nickname is kind of nice, and it fits too (Renesmee), but it's a weird namesake...

Edit: LOL. "Why don't you just tell me who wins?" "I do. Excellent." That's hilarious. To another thought, Jacob and Nessie. I figure it'll turn out okay, since Jacob loves Nessie and Nessie likes Jacob. That's so weird for Bella though. And onto another thought, since Nessie can obviously grow and age, does that mean she'll die someday? And she'll get older than her parents... That must be hecka weird, to be seventeen and eighteen while your kid is like, thirty-seven or something.

Edit: Oh my f-ing God!!! Who gives people (even if they're a couple) a house?!?!?! (Or a cottage even. I'm willing to bet, in addition to clothes, that they have furniture and everything in there too. That's actually my dream home though. A nice cozy cottage in the middle of the woods, but not too far from society, with vines and flowers growing around it.

Edit: Oh shit! Shit shit shit shit shit!!! Charlie's coming?! Crap! I would absolutely HATE Jake for this... Ugh. I have no doubt that Bella will control herself, but seriously! Phasing into wolfy Jake in front of Charlie, telling him he's going to be a grandfather, and that Bella's "changed." Damn. Yeah, I'd absolutely loathe Jake...

I'm totally exhausted. I'm going somewhere tomorrow... well, later today, so I have to get SOME sleep. More comments to follow, I promise!

Breaking Dawn (Continued...)

WARNING: SPOILER ALERT!!!

The top is what I thought Breaking Dawn should look like. Just a little bit off. XD Anyways, more comments!!!

Edit: OMFG. Bella's pregnant. What the heck? I mean, that's kind of scary. Wouldn't the kid be half human and half vampire then? Like... won't he/she have self destruction issues for the first few years, since the vampire part would want to feed on the human part? o.o

Edit: Did Paul imprint on Rachel (Jacob's sister)? Wow. That'd be sort of... interesting. Better than imprinting on your own cousin that you haven't seen in a few years though. XD

Edit: Oh WOW. It kind of sucks to be imprinted on a two-year-old... Basically, Claire can jerk Quil around however she
likes, piggyback rides, pattycake, and Quil won't even mind... And even if she hits him on the head with four different green rocks, he won't care... Wow...

Edit: So Bella wants the baby, but she also wants the baby because she knows that it'll drive her to the point that if Edward wants to save her, someone will have to make her a vampire? Somehow, I doubt Bella's mind works this complicatedly, but... I guess there's a chance...

Edit: If Jacob does the artificial insemination, that will officially be the weirdest family ever. A human (well, for now at least) mother, a vampire father, and a werewolf baby. If Angela is a witch (Bella's thought, not mine), maybe she can be the godmother!

Edit: Holy craaaaaaaaaap... That is one strong baby... I think it's full vampire now, not a dhampir (see Vampire Academy). But seriously, a baby causing bruises on the outside of Bella's abdomen. O.o...

Edit: Oh damn. Sam wants to kill Bella and the Cullens. Shit...? That's so wrong though... Ugh, Sam's kind of ignorant and pigheaded... He doesn't even know what the stupid thing in Bella's womb is!!! Of courses, there is a big chance that it's a vampire, but still. Ugh.

Edit: OMG AWESOME!!! Jacob split from the pack because of Bella, Seth split cuz Jacob is the rightful Alpha, plus he views going against the Cullens as a betrayal, and Leah split cuz Seth (who is her younger brother) did! W00t! Now the Cullens plus Jacob's pack (8) outnumber Sam's pack (7) even if Esme and Rosalie don't fight!

Edit: .......... Bella just drank human blood... and liked it... Wow... Blood tastes so metallic though... Sort of like what you'd expect rust to taste like... *shudders*

Edit: LOL. Dropping Seth on his head and gnawing on crib bars painted with lead paint. Haha... I guess it is good that the blood helped Bella though, and I get why Seth agrees, but I also get why Leah and Jacob are so revolted. Heh. never thought Leah had a sense of humor though, the way she's been described...

Edit: Out of all the blonde jokes, there's finally one that targets the stereotypical vain blonde and not the stereotypical dumb one. I have to remember that... "How do you drown a blonde? (You glue a mirror to the bottom of a pool.) Lol.

Edit: Dude, the Cullens are hecka nice... clothes, food, showers, everything except the house itself... Kind of amazing once you consider that Jacob turned up only a few hours after he was bent on killing Edward...I so want a cinnamon roll... *drools* I haven't had those is so long...

Ugh NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! No more chapters on Limewire. *sobs* Must... find... other... site... if I do, I'm going to start a new post (this one is way too long), and if I don't, well... it's going to be a new day whenever someone uploads chapters 15+ onto Limewire, so it's a new post anyways!

Breaking Dawn!!!

WARNING: SPOILER ALERT!!!

OMG, Breaking Dawn is on Limewire! Well, the first 14 chapters. But whatever! Breaking Dawn is on Limewire! W00t!!! I'm up to like Chapter 3 right now, I'll post more after I come to a shocking revelation or something.

Edit: I feel so sorry for Jacob... =( Like, I get him being mad that Bella and Edward are going on their honeymoon while Bella's human and Edward is a vampire, given what *cough* happens on honeymoon. But it's just so sad... Like Jacob loves Bella so much. I sincerely hope his wolfy thing comes into play sometime and he finds that "stronger than a soul mate" person...

Edit: WTF?!?! ISLE ESME??? I knw the Cullens were rich, what with their Porsches and Mercedes and Alice going crazy over decorating for parties, plus that diamond (or crystal) heart Edward gave Bella... but seriously, an island? Don't they cost like billions of dollars or something? Duuuuuuuuuuuuuude...

Edit: I want to go snorkeling!!! I've never snorkeled before, unless you count that time in Hawaii when my sister dragged me along and all we saw were a few fish and an eel that frightened the crap out of us cuz we thought it was going to attack us. Well, my sister did, I was more concerned with the fact that it might be a electric eel, since I can't identify eels. XD There's actually a lot of stuff I want to do, like 1) go snorkeling, 2) go on a cruise, and 3) go SKYDIVING! Plus a ton more.

Edit: Would Bella just make up her friggin mind!!! Does she want to be a vampire or not?!?! It's like saying now, "PLEASE let me be a vampire, I want to be a vampire!" then two minutes later, "Nevermind, I want to be human a little while longer," and then, "MAKE ME A VAMPIRE!" Ugh. I think Bella would be better suited to be a Libra and not a Virgo, since Libra's are supposed to be undecided on virtually everything.

Edit: What the f---... Yeah, they just "sort of already have a house there." WHO BUYS A HOUSE JUST IN CASE?!?! Okay, I'm good. The Cullens probably have like 9,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999 trillion dollars or something. Wow.

My Hairstyle

My hair is so friggin long! It's annoying he heck out of me. XD I realy want to get my hair recut and repermed; the perm is starting to fade. Ugh. Anyways, if I could, I'd get long layers (chop off about 2 inches off my current length), have those curl inwards (like a bob, but not really... I can sort of do that with a straightener), and get side bangs. I've been wearing my hair with a deep part lately, so I hope Jess can cut side bangs. But then again, I don't know if I want her to experiment with my hair. XD I'm vying for some lemon juice too, that way I can lighten parts of my hair. Black hair is seriously annoying when it's hot. Brown-ish black isn't much better, but a little better than my current midnight black state. Actually, parts are sort of a brown/black when it goes in the light, but still. Anyays, I just want side swept bangs, and long layers that curve inward. That's basically it. I've sort of tried it out (like, I just mimic the bangs since my bangs are currently grown out) by curling my hair slightly inwards, and it doesn't look bad. I have the length too; I want it more or less the same length as my shortest current layer. So yeah. I wish I could just go to a stupid salon though... But it'd cost like $30 for a haircut, then $70 more for the perm. Ugh. I might go back to Taiwan nest year, so for now, I'll settle with Jess helping me cut and layer my hair, mimicking the bangs, and relying on my handy dandy straightener. Maybe that part about lemon juice too, if I can convince Mom to buy some lemons. I'll just say I want to make lemonade or something. Lol. So yeah, I just want long layers that frame my face, with side swept bans. That's it. But althought it's simple, I can't friggin get it!!! It pisses me off... But yeah, I want something like the picture below, only with the bangs.

I Hate Stephanie Meyer...

She's ridiculously increased my expectation of guys... I mean seriously, what real life guy is going to kill themselves if their girlfriend/true love dies? And real guys can't run hella fast, or make dents in cars, or sparkle in the sunlight, or anything else that Edward can do. Ugh. I think I'm obsessed... I've gone as far as downloading the Twilight saga from Limewire (and wanting to put it on my iPod) because my parents won't buy me the books. I so want to read Breaking Dawn though! I can't find it on Limewire. Ugh. But yeah, I hate Stephanie Meyer... I wish some of the guys at my school were like Edward though... Like, not that they have to be super fast strong, sparkly, immortal, etc. but just... Edward-ish. I dunno. Oh well. I'll live with the guys in real life and dream about the fictional ones. XD Going back to reading my pirated copy of New Moon now! But is it really pirated? Cuz it gives credit to Stephanie meyer and everything, plus it's basically like me borrowing the books from one of my friends. Well, no one reads this blog anyways, so I don't think the police are going to show up on my doorstep anytime soon. I hope.

Mask of Zorro

That's the theme for Marching Band/Colorguard this year! Fun... One week of blissful (not really...) freedom (also not really...) until band camp... -.- How exciting... Anyways, I guess I'm better off than Courtney, since I don't havta play the music, but I swear I'm going to drop my flag sooooooooo much. Colorguard sounds hella fun though, but it seems really hard. I hope I survive... I can do a one-handed toss now! Not always, but sometimes. Which is really weird, considering that I can't do the two-handed toss yet. XP Oh well.
Anyways, my parents got hella mad cuz the Colorguard outfit (excluding the $625 we have to pay as a "contribution") costs like 70 bucks. But whatever. I didn't particularly want to join Colorguard, but SOMEONE *cough* parents *cough* wanted me to play a sport, and if you know me, you know that I have HORRID luck in sports. Well, I hope I can be a good Colorguarder (if that's a word...) and it looks really fun! Plus the coaches are realy nice. So yeah. Yay!

Description of my Alien-ness

Well, fine, maybe not complete, but close enough. It's on my Facebook profile too. I elaborated a "bit" more here though.

I'm an alien. (No duh.) To be more specific, I'm a teenage alien/cat mix. By cat, I mean I have the genes all the feline category... Yes, all of them. I have DNA strands of tigers, jaguars, pumas, mountain lions, your average housecat, and more. Of course, these don't show in my physical or mental appearance, besides the fact that I can see fairly well in the dark and am a total "night owl." The reason for this is because when we Ericiums are born (my home planet is Ericia, and the inhabitants are called Ericiums), we are born as full aliens. We look exactly like you earthlings (the way I look in real life IS my appearance, and we aliens don't have the ability to alter our appearances as we please), although one of my distant alien cousins came to Earth with his special green dye slathered all over his body *rolls eyes* (he has a rare skin condition...) which is where you guys got the idea that aliens are green.
Anyways, when we Ericiums turn one, the Alien Elders (who are basically the rulers of Ericia) choose a special species/genus to be incorporated into our bodies. Now, seeing as there aren't that many species to be incorporated (as we only incorporate species found on Earth unless the Alien Elders are positive that the new child won't be sent to Earth - after all, how would we explain a child alien/gumagon mix if he/she decides to show traits of the gumagon? By the way, a gumagon is sort of a cross between an eagle and a lion. It's what you might call an altered hippogriff, but it has the head of an eagle and the body of a lion, but the tail is tipped with a razor sharp star. It also has wings, sort of like fairy wings, but with a wingspan of about 15 feet, and it can breathe underwater), some Ericiums share the same species. Of course, there aren't many of us, and some species have disadvantages. For example, alien/fish or porpoise mixes have to spend an hour submerged in water at the beginning of their day, or else side effects might set in. They also have to sleep on water beds, or in water.
Now the teenage part is self-explanatory. I was a child alien/cat mix, and I will be an adult alien/cat mix. As for the Asian part, when (and if) Ericiums are sent to Earth on special reconnaisance missions, we choose a country from which we would like to be, then we can further develop our race. Now that I'm done explaining my alien heritage to you (which, by the way, is extremely confidential, so don't go around blabbering these secrets), you probably have a better understanding of who I really am. But I have to tell you some of the alien characteristics, and not ones I, prsonally, have.

Okay, so we're mainly like you. We're all granted a name like Erica, Eric, Eri, Erci, etc. but we have the option to change that when we turn 13. We all have incredible talents, but I have yet to discover mine. We all run average human speed (I'm actually part of the lowest 15%) to super fast, meaning a mile in two minutes. The ones that run extremely fast are the alien/bird crosses. As for me, although I have cheetah DNA, it's extremely dulled due to the vast variety of cats there are. Fish and porpoise crosses can swim really well, amphibian crosses also swim fairly well. Bird crosses float, but don't exactly love swimming. Basically, our animal cross determines the physical talents we are provided with.
As for mental, bird crosses have incredible eyesight; meaning it's 20/20, but they can also zoom. Porpoise and bat crosses can use sonar, which is amazingly cool. As for myself, cat crosses have moderate night vision, a tad better than the average human. We also have the ability to go for nights on minimum sleep, although we have an extreme fondness for lazing around. We are also granted a great amount of grace, but it sadly diminishes dramatically when we leave our home planet. Which, of course, would explain why I am a klutz. Also, cat crosses are granted with that lovable temperament, but a quick temper. So I ca sometimes be extremely kind and loving, whereas if you pis me off, I'll snap. Then, of course, there's the ability to communicate, or at least get along with, the animal you have been incorporated with. This doesn't mean that I won't even get attacked by a tiger, but I have a bigger chance of not being a target than someone who is human or doesn't have a cat cross.
We're all incredibly smart, and our IQ ranges in the upper 100s on average. We have a way with both words and numbers, and many of us would be declared a nerd in common human society. But on Ericia, we don't declare the nerds, we point out the ones who are struggling. And, we have a name for them. The Sneds.

But otherwise, we act the same as you. Besides having our distinctive talents and qualitiesincorporated in our lives, we all struggle in school, and try to best everyone else. Some aliens also yearn to be part of another cross, although I'm quite happy with mine.

Now as for me, I carry the title "Highly Respected Otherworldly Ambassador." An Otherworldly Ambassador is basically someone sent to another planet on a mission, in this case, reconnaisance. I gained the "highly respected" part after devising a way to communicate with the Alien Elders without having to "die" first and be reborn. See, before, an alien on Earth had to "die" (which was just our being leaving Earth) to report to the Alien Elders. Now, we have a method of communicating with the Alien Elders without having to "die" first, which I am unable, well, forbidden to tell you. As of now though, there are only 2 Otherworldly Ambassadors on Earth, me being one of them. These are the only Ericiums that leave Ericia. The rest stay on our home planet and live lives very much like the average human's.

Twilight!!! <3

I wasn't really a big fan of Twilight until today. Like, yeah, I loved the books and all, but I guess it sort of slipped my mind after reading the Gemma Doyle trilogy. Anyways, Breaking Dawn came out today!!! Yay! I went to this Breaking Dawn Brunc thing at the library, and it was awesome. I won a free book too! (Not Breaking Dawn, sadly, but stll a book.) So we had this huge discussion about the series after the brunch, and I discovered some stuff I mised the first time I read it. I can't friggin wait for the "Twilight" movie to come out December 12!!! I am so getting my friends to go watch it with me (they're Twilight fans too, so it won't be too hard). Anyways,

Go Twilight!!!
