We are SO not ready... I'm so worried. I messed up so much in our semi-runthroughs today too. The guard got all confused, since we've been doing our work standstill all season, so we got all messed up when we had to march... Then we didn't make the right form for the band to pass through; it was pandemonium. And some guard members didn't get out of the way in time either, so they darted through the band, which you NEVER do... It was all bad...
I NEED TO GET THIS. WHY CAN'T I GET THIS. I'm so disappointed in myself. It seems like I can't do much right lately... Aghhh. I'm going to get this. I will. And I will own in the show on Saturday. I will. I'll do it. I will GET IT.

On the other hand, I had a pretty good day today. Mock Trial was spent playing Hangman and fail-studying for my calc test. xD
Yoga was boring, as always, but WE SAW A CHICKEN ON THE IRON HORSE TRAIL. It was just pecking away at the dirt under a tree. It was the weirdest thing everrr. =P
Calc was pretty good; we just spent the whole class taking the test. Which, by the way, was pretty easy, if anyone reading this blog is wondering. I was pretty much just sitting around afterward, since I finished the homework due Wednesday over the weekend, then Jung comes up behind me and pokes me, and I seriously JUMP. What a loser. -.-
History was fun. We had some Cult Lits, then this interactive thing where we simulated the "packing" of slaves onto a ship for the slave trade. Bhumika, Tori, and I were the overseers, so we got to pull people into the room, tie their hands together, and make them lie down. xP It was pretty fun. The video clip we watched was amazingly graphic and disturbing though... I seriously felt like crying... =\

As I previously stated, we aren't ready for our parade show, as evidenced by our rehearsal today. But we'll get it. We have two weeks. We'll make this happen.
On another note, Clarie and I are continuing our Monday Spirit Days. Today was simple though, just a classic outfit (white shirt, blue jeans, black jacket). =] It was pretty nice having a spirit day that was actually, legitimately normal though. xP Anyways, I think it's my turn to pick something for next week. I wonder what I'll do... Hm... Maybe just something simple; the first few spirit days were pretty crazy. xD
People are used to our spirit days though; guardies asked if we had a spirit day today and what it was. =P I wonder how we're going to come up with themes for the whole year though... That's a lot of Mondays... Hm...
But these are fun. It's a nice way to incorporate some fun and "relaxation" for my junior year too, since I'll be so overwhelmed with homework I might cry. My bio and English grades absolutely SUCK right now too... -sighs- I need to bring them up... =\
I'm pretty happy with where I am right now though. I just need to keep telling myself that I still have a whole semester, or quarter at least, to bring these grades up. And I will do it. I will.
...I feel like all I ever do is tell myself that I'll do something... I rarely ever end up actually doing it... -sighs-
