Spring Break '09!!!

Hell yeah! Days of blissful peace and relaxation and doing absolutely nothing! (Technically, it's just me staying home, sleeping until 3 pm daily, doing homework, playing piano, going on the computer, and watching TV.) Maybe I'll go to the movies. Or have a water balloon fight. Or go swimming if they've cleaned the neighborhood pool, which I doubt. Or go to the park. Or learn how to ride a bike. Yes, I said learn. =P I'm so happy! Yay!

Haha, I wore this really bright pink strapless dress (obviously wore a jacket over it), because it's spring! And bright colors make me happy. ;) And I was afraid I'd get my math test back, which I'm sure I failed, and I'd need something to cheer me up. We didn't though. Get the test back, I mean.

PE was boring. We had a sub, but we still had to run and stretch and crap. -.- We played dodgeball though! I just stayed in the back. Dodged the balls. Caught one. Didn't throw it. I remember I used to actually try in middle school. But I have absolutely no aim whatsoever, and my throws suck too.

Math was boring. We "learned" about sigma. Blech. Bo-oring.

Brunch was hilarious. Basically, I was talking to Robyn, and she was saying I looked nice and asking about my dress, so I told her it was strapless, and she was like, "Take it off!" (Referring to my jacket, because she wanted to see my dress, but you know.) It was soooo funny. XD You had to be there.

I slept through ceramics. Made a hollow sphere. Pretty much it. So basically, I worked for like, five minutes out of 100. XD

Lunch was pretty boring. Robyn was gone, at her swim lunch, so... no shoe-stealing. Or (lesbian) name-calling. XD

We didn't do much in French. Took a quiz, which I aced thanks to Shannie's tip-offs. (Love you!!! =D) Listened to some music. Reviewed the subjunctive. I finished parts of my homework. Afterwards though, Shahzeen and I ran outside and screamed, just to celebrate the freedom of spring break.

After school was pretty boring too. Listened to the "Assumption Song" on CK's iPod (dude, her headphones are freaking BEAST. Hella good sound-canceling and stuff), cracked up at Grace, etc.

Ross and I had an interesting conversation on the way home. As always. We were talking about jacket zippers today, and those dangly string things on sweatshirts. Then we were talking about the girl-guy ratio of science and math teachers. It was rather fun. We were relating random words yesterday (like apple to house, by way of: apples grow on trees, trees are green, bushes are green, bushes are outside my house). =P I love our rides home. Haha. The only reason the rides to school aren't as fun is because I'm always dead in the mornings, so I never really feel like getting into a debate about the use of the word "technically." XD

*****

We had pictures in Chinese school today, and my teacher thought I dressed up for it (you know, what with my dress and stuff), but I had no idea. XD We were arguing that the guys should go in the front, since the girls didn't really want to be in the front, but we had to be. -.- Oh well. But like, Michael, Kim, Daniel, and Andrea weren't here, so I guess they're not going to be in the yearbook? Which really sucks. =\
Our teacher got really mad at us today. She totally snapped at Michelle. Like, my guess is that she was already fed up with us, because the guys never listen and are always hella noisy and everything, so when Michelle was asking her for help on the part of our homework which we weren't doing, she got hella pissed, and started screaming and stuff. She sorta reminded me of my dad, so I got hella freaked out. But basically, Michelle was asking her what some of the phrases meant/said, but the teacher didn't want us to be translating them right now, so she just flipped out. It was rather scary.
She calmed down after a while, so things were okay... ish. By far the first time our teacher has actually gotten mad though.
