Ross, Ross, Ross...

Bahaha. I love him. He's such an idiot. XD He makes my day sometimes. He doesn't do it on purpose, but... =P

Anyways, this morning was pretty bad though. Like, we always seem to try to close the trunk at the same time, so I just reached up, and tried to close the trunk, and I hear this *THUNK* and I was like, "Um... what was that?" then Ross stumbles away holding his head. I don't know if I closed it too early, or he just had his head in the wrong place or whatever, but either way, I was like, "AW SHIT!" I felt sooooo bad... =\ He was cool about it though. But still, despite the funniness of it all, I felt really, really bad. Poor guy...

Then after school, we got to talking about our English poetry project (we need t make a freaking CD...), and we had this rather long conversation that was like:

Ross: I have all the equipment, but still...
Me: I'm going to break into your house.
Ross: I'm barring my door.
Me: Wood or steel? Wait, no, it doesn't matter. I'm burning your door down.
Ross: Dude, that's arson! And... assault!
Me: It's not assault! What are you talking about? I'm not setting you on fire!
Ross: Fine! It's... DOMESTIC VIOLENCE!
Me: Um... excuse me? XDD

Yeah, I have no idea how he got domestic violence, but it was pretty damn funny. XD I cracked up for the rest of the ride because of that. Anyways, Ross is awesome. Haha.

*****

I kicked Shekhar like, 9 times during lunch today, and even though I made sure not to kick REALLY hard, apparently I tore one of his leg muscles. Oops.

*****

We played this really stupid "pickleminton" (which is badminton with stupid short little wooden paddles), so that was okay, but I would've rather played badminton. the wooden paddles have no reach whatsoever, and they're really "clumsy."
The mock trial went okay for the beginning. We only got through the openings and 1/2 of a witness though. We have a freaking poetry project due... in two weeks! -.- We need to record ourselves saying the poems, make some weird container to hold the CD, and make a "Listener's Guide." It sucks.
We just watched some documentary on global warming in biology. Interesting, but boring nevertheless.

Pure genius. We revised it during lunch though, so now it's:

I carried my wife Erica like a princess
in a fairytale, but I
cheated on her with Courtney,
and now she wants a divorce.

There were some really funny ones that weren't so much inside jokes though. These might not be totally accurate.

Taehyun (based off of "American Gothic"):

Super, Totally Awesome Reasons...

...to hate STAR.

1. It doesn't even count for your grade or anything. It's for the school. And they waste so much time "reviewing" for it that it's retarded.

2. It's not like it's even hard. You could probably totally guess on every problem based on logic and still pass. Most likely with an Advanced grade.

3. They give you wayyy too much time. Seriously? Most people finished in less than half the time provided. That's right. HALF. I was reduced to doing Sudoku, which is actually pretty fun, but whatever. (Oh well, this means I get to sleep in that much more on the days I don't have testing. ;D)

4. If this is so freakishly important to the school and teachers that they start making us do review the weeks before, WHY DO THEY GIVE HOMEWORK DURING STAR? I mean, isn't it totally obvious we'll be staying up all night to study for STAR, and therefore have no time to finish homework? *cough cough*

5. It's not like anyone cares. Seriously.

And probably many, many more, but I won't bore people with that. Psh. =P

Anyways, I need to write a poem about an influential moment in my past. Or whatever. Great. I'm probably going to end up writing about something totally stupid. Like a squished banana. Or something like that. But I sat all through lunch thinking, "What moment has been so vivid within my mind?" But due to the fact that I have short term memory, I kept drawing a blank. I have tons I could write about, and even make it sound as if it was the turning point of my life, but I won't have actually felt that feeling when I was writing it...

Maybe something simple is best.

But then how complex does a word like simplicity sound?
In essence it may be. Complex.
To achieve simplicity, an ounce of complexity is required. Always.

In all sense though, simplicity is as simple as it sounds.

A simple smile that could make your day.

A simple look that could say a thousand words.

A simple silence, understood.

A simple call, just because. Not required, but life-giving.

Simplicity at the base of all complexity, and at its demise.

*sighs*

Sometimes the simplest things are the most beautiful. For example, I saw a cat just sitting outside my front door in the sunshine, and it was just really moving for no apparent reason. Sometimes we humans are so caught up in our hectic lifestyles that we never stop and enjoy all of life's beauties. But animals know to savor life, and to get the best of every situation. Today, people complained about the heat and humidity (myself included). When it rains, we complain. When it's cold, we complain. But that cat turned all of the heat and misery into a single moment of preciousness. It was just really touching, and I don't think I'll ever take another day for granted again, good or bad
.

Ice Skating!!!

Haha, it was HELLA fun. Wayne still couldn't skate by the end though. XD But yeah, it was pretty fun! Then Robyn and Sam owned all of us, 'cuz they just got onto the ice and started skating around... And it was their very first time... Plus neither of them knows how to rollerblade.
But now I have blisters on both my pinky toes. =P It's not like they hurt though. But I'm still wearing flip flops just in case. Robyn's fine too. But Davy and Sam's feet hurt, and Wayne's hands hurt from falling so much. XD

I didn't fall that much though! Yay! Haha. Wayne went to change his skates like, 5 times. I think the people at the counter got sick of him. Plus he asked for those blade stopper things that you don't skate with. XDD It was pretty funny.

Then afterwards, Davy, Sam, and I ran around 99 Ranch (Davy bought this big two liter bottle of Sunkist that he wouldn't let anyone touch), and went to the Dollar Tree. XD And Davy got one of those Peek-a-boo Pooh things. He got a pineapple. XP

Anyways, it was REALLY fun! Hm... I don't know if I should start planning something else now. =P

*****

We played more basketball in PE, and I made this hella awesome shot (I forget if it counted as a 3-pointer) from the side. I totally wasn't expecting it to go in though. XD

So basically, I was running back and forth the court the whole period, so I was really tired, and when I got into math, I started fanning myself with my hand (which is saying something, because my math class is like, -20 degrees). Then this guy, Andrew, goes up to get a tissue, looks at me, and is like, "Are you okay? It's fine, I know I'm hot." I was like, "Er... sure, whatever you say." XD Then we reviewed for STAR and yeah. It was stupid.

I finished the decoration for the hamster bath! I might add some stuff on the bottom though, I only decorated the top...

Lunch was funny. Robyn told me not to talk about what we normally do during lunch, so, I'll say that Michi gave me a cinnamon roll! Yummy! And Robyn was taking my grapes and trying to shoot them into Ross' fruit salad. XD It was hilarious.

French was boring too, we just did a ton of stuff from "Petit Nicolas." We had a sub too, so...

Haha, after school, I heard a couple of girls talking (they walked right past me to the office), and one of them was like, "I need to go stand outside and get tan." And the other said, "Yeah, I know. That's what I'm doing when I get home." So I thought, "Wow. They have less of a life than me." Bahaha.
Jeez, it's SO. FRICKING. HOT. *sighs* This is going to suck during summer... 110 degrees!!! Haha.

Gawd, we have STAR testing tomorrow... And the day after... And after that. But then we get to sleep in next week! Yay! English portion tomorrow. Joy.

Damn. My Face Hurts.

Yup. Basically, in PE (yesterday), we were playing basketball, and I managed to steal the ball from this one guy, and then John Kraska (who probably has a foot over me in height), somehow headbutted me right in the face. Really hard. As in he was clutching his head too, and seeing as skulls are really hard... So yeah. I cut my lip on my braces, and it started bleeding A LOT, even though it was a tiny cut, and now my right cheek is sort of swollen. You can't tell though, but it feels all weird and thick, and it still really hurts. XD I couldn't talk right for most of the day though, because the cut would keep rubbing against my braces, and it wasn't very pleasant. Oh yeah, one more key point. John is on my team.

History was okay. We just reviewed the Mock Trial, and watched the rest of "Seven Years in Tibet," which was a really good movie.

I really failed the essay potion of the myth test. DX Which is going to bring down my my English grade A TON. Oh well, there goes my A+... I was actually really proud of that though, since an A+ in English is 100% and we don't get extra credit. *sighs*. Oh well, whatever. Wheee!!! Anyways, even if I got 100% on the essay, my "Antigone" quiz would have brought it down. I think I failed that. XD
Edit: GODDAMN, I HAVE A 99%. Sooooooo close!!! But, then again, she hasn't counted the "Antigone" test yet.

Lunch was fun. I got more piggyback rides! Haha. I couldn't eat most of my lunch though (my cut lip), so I just ate a ton of strawberries. =P And basically, I told Robyn to get lower, so I could get on for a piggyback ride, so she ran around teling people that I wanted to "get on her." No idea what she meant, but apparently it was funny? o.o

The test in bio was easy; Mr. Pence seriously needs to stop giving out extra credit on all of his tests, haha. But whatever, it helps me, so I won't complain. But seriously? I got a 130% on that test (I think the maximum was 132%, and that's going to bug me because I want to know which problem I missed. XD. But he said it was 134%; then again, his math skills aren't very good. I'll elaborate later). So I think his extra credit is pretty much just worthless now. XD I swear, I don't even get why I do my homwork anymore. I could totally skip some assignments and still have an A+ in the class... Besides, I have over 100%, so even if I get full points on an assigment, it brings down my grade, which I find kind of funny. =P So back to Mr. Pence's bad math skills, he was like (talking about the extra test questions), "So, that's 12 points, plus 22 points, which is... 32 points." And we were all like, "Er..." So that was kind of funny. Then he was going over some questions on the test, and he kept insisting that the answer to a question was B, even though it was OBVIOUSLY A, so we just sort of gave up. Then after he dismissed us, Ying and I went up and talked to him, and he walked us through the problem very slowly, and was like, "So the answer is..." And we plug in, "A." And he goes, "*looks at A, looks at B, tells the class* Wait guys! The answer to that one question was A! Not B!" It was rather funny. XD

*****

We played more basketball and I scored a point! For the other team. XD I hate half-court basketball, because I always forget to bring it out (since my old PE class played it differently; I transferred to A period PE second semester). Like, with full court, you aren't aiming for the same basket, so I never have that issue. But whatever. They didn't count it. =P

We changed seats in math. -.- But otherwise, nothing really happened. No pop quiz. *gasp* I went to help Lisa with math, and I was done with the worksheet, so I brought the book, and Mrs. Turbeville got mad at me.
Turbeville: What are you doing out of your seat?
Me: Homework? And helping Lisa.
Turbeville: But she's working on test corrections.
Me: ... Uh... I can still help her?
Tommy: She's helping me!
Me (thinking): Psh, yeah right, like Tommy needs help. (saying) We work in a very efficient triangle. *points to Lisa, then Tommy, then myself, and back to Lisa*
It was kind of funny, but whatever.

I finished the basic hamster bath shape. I just have decorations left. I actually think it's really nice, it's shaped like an egg, and it's divided into two. I made a notch and cap to connect them, and I have a strip of clay to act as support. I sort of want to keep it for myself now... XD Oh well. Maybe I'll have time to make another one? If not, maybe I'll just steal it back when I get my own hamster. =P

French was boring. We're starting a book! *gasp* But it's made for elementary kids. XD

Thursday, April 16, 2009

But... but... BUTT!

Haha, I'll explain that later. =P

Anyways, I epically FAILED in soccer today. I sorta kicked a ball that Alex was aiming for, because everyone was coming towards it, and I totally missed the goal. XD Then I was trying to steal the ball from someone, then Alex come over, sorta steals it, and boots it really hard towards me, whereon it BOUNCES off my shoe and rolls out of bounds. -.- Anyways, it was pretty bad. But whatever.

History was okay. We took the Mock Trial which, which I got a 28/30 on. Blech. I know I missed "change of venue," because I totally forgot "venue," so I put "change of location." Bahaha. I don't know what the other one was though. But it's really sad, because I was in Mock Trial and should therefore know this stuff...
We watched more of "Seven Years in Tibet," which is really interesting. I like it! =D

The plays in English were nice. I soooo should've brought my camera! Mehul had to wear this fluffy, girly princess tiara which said "Happy Birthday"' on it, because he was the king, and they needed a "crown." XD
Then we watched some old play thing, which was SOOOOOOOOO boring...

Okay, so now for the "butt" part. =P Basically, every time Robyn and I "argue," it goes like:
Robyn: "That's stupid."
Me: "You're stupid."
Her: "Your mom's stupid," or "Your butt."
So today, she was giving me piggybacks rides again (yay! I miss those. ;D), then when she put me down, I was talking about her watching "The SHINee World," and to clarify, I was like, "It's by SHINee." So she said, "Well, duh. Who else would it be by?" So I was like, "Well, just in case you thought it was 'shiny.' Like, shiny stuff." Then, she countered with, "Your face is shiny." So without thinking, I was like, "Your butt is shiny." Then I was like, "Wait. No." But by then we were cracking up sooo bad.
Then Robyn goes and tells Sean, "Erica's seen my butt!!!" So I'm like, laughing hella hard, then Robyn tells me to look at Sean, so I turn, and he has this totally awesome, "what the heck?" look on his face. So it was hecka awesome. =P

Bio was sort of fun. Basically, this student (Gallardo, sp?) was sucking up to Mr. Pence, so he actually gave him test bonus points. XD Then Phil (the TA), comes in, looks at Brandon Linkheart, and says in this really official voice, "Citizenship grade. Down." So Mr. Pence actually lowers it 5%. XD After that, it was boring. We reviewed more evolution/ecology. Then we took this practice STAR test that was pretty easy, so... Yeah. STAR testing next week... Blech.

Yearbooks Rock!!!

Haha, I love looking through old yearbooks! And my ID cards. ;) It's so funny to see what people wrote in your yearbook. Like Taehyun was like, "You get any smarter and I'll shoot you" in my yearbook, and Toby had his little "fail" straight line drawing spree. XD

Then I love looking at my sister's yearbooks too (high school ones). It's so awesome to see what comments she made and what people looked like. XD Hey Ramon, if you're reading this, your frosh ID picture is like ADORABLE. Bahaha. It's like, little kid cuteness!!!

*****

Well, today was joyful. I actually tried in PE, which was sad, since no one else did. Haha. I never scored though... I just stole the soccer ball and ran down the field. =P

LOL, I got my highest math test score so far, on a test that I was certain I failed. Wahahaha. XD

I started my sister's hamster bath thing, and I'm not sure if my design is going to work out, but I hope it does... We can start glazing too, so I think I'm going to glaze my little china set. XD Then I'll do my bust. But I have to finish my candle holder too, rofl.

French was boring. We did some book activities, a few speaking ones. I wish we played more games... Like Bluff-O-Mania! That stuff is fun!!!

I stole Ross' coin again. It was Australian today though. XD Not a quarter.

*****

Yesterday was pretty boring too. Didn't try in PE. Then, again we had our old teams ysterday, so...

We had Officer Ransom come in and talk about his Glock, which has 46 rounds, and taser, pepper spray, handcuffs (they're cool black ones too!), his three radios... Haha. It was awesome. I like that dude. ;)

English was iffy. We got our myth tests back (well, the objectives part), and I ended up with 100%, with my bonus buck (which is two points). W00t w00t!!! I think I failed the essay portion though... Oh well. Then we need to act out parts of "Antigone" tomorrow. I have this big huge long monologue thing, and I am going to be SO out of breath...

Bio was boring too. Tons of ecology review, vocab, etc. Mr. Pence rambled on about flying planes and forgot why he brought it up though, so that was rather amusing.

*****

I'm going ice skating Sunday! Yay! Courtney didn't want to go, so I invited Robyn, and she wants to go, so It's probably going to be me, her, Davy, Sam, and Wayne. We're going to trip all over the place, and all the little pro 5 year-old skaters are going to be like, "What's up with them?" It's going to be so fun though! =P

Bowling!!! (Fail)

Bahaha. Guess what my game total was? Like... 45. XD Or I don't know. I might have been a bit more. =P But anyways, it was somewhere around there.
Anyways, we (Davy, Sam, Chrison, Kevin, Sling, Jess, Jess' Canadian friend Ryan, and I) all went to Earl Anthony's Dublin bowl, and epically failed at bowling, except "Mr. I-don't-know-how-to-bowl" Davy, who got like, 4 strikes. He ended up with 107. Which is kind of sad, seeing as he pwned us all, and the game is out of 300. Haha. Anyways, bowling was fun, then we went to the "arcade" and shot up some people. Then I raced Davy in that car game, and epically failed at that too. 7th place!!! Hey, at least I wasn't last. =P It shows how much Spring Break has killed my brain though, because it took me like, a full minute to count how many people we had. XD

Then we went to GameStop and played games there. Bahaha. Wario is sooooooo stupid! Kirby rocks though. ;)

Afterwards, we went to Petsmart and looked at the fish, birds, and hamsters. OMG, there was this ADORABLE hamster there which didn't even bite me, and I soooooooo wanted to get it, but my parents wouldn't let me. -.- It was retarded. *tear* I loved that hamster...
And I scared Davy with a stuffed bunny (which he thought was real, roflmao), and those feather cat toys (which he is apparently afraid of because he doesn't like big, black, furry objects). It was rather funny. =P

Afterwards, we just hung out in front of Panera Bread, mooched off Jimmy (at least, I did), and talked.

But anyways, the day was hella fun! Now I have to go plan ice skating... ;)

Old Memories...

I was going through my sister's old senior yearbook, and it was nice to see all the picture and stuff, but then I came to the part where they have all the seniors write down what they'll be doing, where they'll be, etc. in 10 years. Basically, my sister said, "I am going to be happily married to Ramon Qiu," and Ramon said, "I am going to be married to Jessica Tsai," which was really sad, because that's probably never going to happen now. I even remember teasing her because Ramon didn't include the "happily." It was kind of funny though, seeing as another one of Jess' friends wrote that he was going to be married to her as a joke. XD Then this girl named Carmen wrote, "I will be laughing if Jessica Tsai and Ramon Qiu get married," so it was kinda interesting.
But then it reminded me, maybe I just like Ramon the best because he's the one I've known longest and stuff. Which made me think, I'm probably not going to get to know any of Jess' boyfriends well until she actually marries one. Because, after college, she's probably going to move out somewhere, and then I'll be in college, so we're probably never going to be "home" at the same time.

So that's kind of depressing, because it makes me wish I spent more time with her when we were little. Like, now, she's never going to want to play Pokemon again, never going to want to take silly pictures with Fruit Rollups, never going to want to make stupid imitations of Lord of the Rings...
It's kind of sad to think that we're probably never going to hang out together much anymore...

Thursday, April 9, 2009

Break Boredom. Bowling? Ehhh...

Anyways, Davy and I made those bowling plans, but they sort of fell apart. Davy, John (Davy's friend), and Sam all don't have rides and as I'm giving a ride to Jimmy, I can't take all of them. Then apparently Sam needs to take care of his little brother, so yeah.
Now we're probably going to go bowling Sunday. XD Never before in my life has making plans been so hard. But everyone can go Sunday, I think, so...

Anyways, break's been hella boring, so yeah. Not much to talk about, but just to show Wayne how to write a blog post even when not much is going on, I am going to ramble for a while about random stuff.

So Yuna finished watching Swan Princess, which technically isn't a drama, but it reminded me, WHY THE HELL AM I NOT WATCHING DRAMAS OVER SPRING BREAK?!?!! Haha. I never did finish that one drama... *sighs* I have too much crap going on in my life, so I'll start a drama, never finish it, start another one, not finish that... I think I'm just going to start one and stick with it.
By the way, I still want my drama. Which, technically, has sorta started. But that wasn't exactly the type of drama I was looking for. XD Oh well. Maybe I should rephrase. I still want my love drama. =P They're soooo cute!
Sometimes though, I sort of wish I never discovered them. You know what? Scratch that. But I spend sooooo much time thinking about them! XD I think the closest people I know that sort of fit in the love drama category are Sling & Tae. It would have been Jess & Ramon too (they were like, the PERFECT couple for a love drama...), but they broke up. ='( Which is a bummer, actually, because I liked Ramon... Oh well. I guess Jason's not bad either, but I don't really know him.

But like, sometimes, I'll just lie in my bed and like, think about my future. I just sort of want to skip all the parts right now, and just see where I end up when I'm twenty-seven. Or forty-two. Or sixty. (Why, yes, those are random numbers.) And who I end up with. It'd just be interesting. To time-travel into the future, just to find out who you end up being with. Or if the best friends you have right now stay with you. Or what job you're doing.
Especially when I'm sad or something. It's just sort of like, I wish I could just skip all of this and see where life takes me... It'd be awesome...
Wouldn't it?

Break is Awesome! Relaxing! Great! And... Boring...

It seriously is. I spent all my break so far doing one of like, five things: 1) Eating, 2) Sleeping, 3) Piano/Homework, 4) TV, and 5) Computer. It's rather lame.

Anyways, not much to look forward to or anything. I'm going bowling on Friday with people I just met, like, 4 days ago. Haha. Shows the extent of my bored-ness. But whatever, they're cool.
But basically, I was talking to Davy (whom I met Saturday, and who is one of the like, 6 people I'm talking to over break, because everyone else is off somewhere), and we were hella bored, so we went on OMGpop and played some Balloono (which I failed at. I killed myself. Four times. Out of seven), and did Jigsawce. Which we failed miserably at. We solved like, three 49 piece puzzles in half an hour. XD It was rather sad. Anyways, we were talking about being bored, and how I never leave my house, besides the movies, bowling, and ice skating. And then we were like, "OMG, WE SHOULD GO BOWLING!" So yeah. It works.
I find it rather funny how I meet some of my friends in the weirdest ways possible.

Okay, Courtney was lingering outside school, and I saw her, and sorta knew who she was, so I was like, "HIIII!!!"
I met Sling in a locker room. While changing.
Mike was when the cat he was playing with escaped from the cage/room and I caught it. XD
I met Kevin through a teacher. Yeah, I know.
Wayne was in my EP contest room, and then he made fun of me for how I was eating a pizza. -.- FYI, Wayne, the only reason I was eating it half-folded up is because I didn't have a plate.
Grace randomly came up to me one day and poked me. So yeah.
And I met Davy at Sling's birthday party. And talked to him when I was asking what the heck he and Sam were doing.

I'm sure I could think of more, but... You get the point. XD

Sling's B-Day Party!!!

Haha, it was hella fun!!! I got there late though, because my mom dragged me to Costco, then proceeded to get lost in Windemere. XDD

Anyways, she had HELLA food! Nomnomnomnomnom... Strawberries, spring rolls, grapes, COOKIES, yumyumyummy!!! Then we all went and watched people play Super Smash Bros, which I fail at. XD I think I killed myself more times than I got killed by other people. Roflmao.

Then we went to the park, and went on the swings and stuff. Sam was trying to never be on the same level as Davy, so somehow he climbed onto the play structure without using the things that you're supposed to use to get onto the play structure. So that was really cool, so I was trying to find out how he did it, and ended up hanging upside down off the wall. XDD
Then these little kids came over and started squirting all the guys with their water guns, and that was pretty hilarious. I borrowed one and sprayed Kevin. XD
Then there was this little guy named John, who I was playing with, because his brother brought him here and proceeded to ignore him and talk on his phone. I really wanted to go up to him and be like, "You jerk! Go play with your brother. Don't just bring him to the playground ad ignore him!" But I figured that would probably be considered rude. =P So I was playing "baseball" with him, the we went on the swings, and when I left for the basketball courts with everyone else, he followed me. It was so cute! And he played basketball with us... sorta... and then pretended to be a malfunctioning robot. It was awesome! At least his brother noticed he wasn't at the playplace anymore (after like, 10 minutes, but at least he noticed. *sighs* I hate people like that... oh well). Haha, then everyone started talking to John, and playing with him, and when he had to leave, we were all like, "BYE JOHN!!!" and his parents turned around, and were like, "What the heck...?" It was pretty funny.
Anyways, besides Annie, Kevin, and Sam, we had fun failing at shooting baskets *cough* Davy *cough*. But it was pretty cool.
Andandand... somehow, Sling and Tae were curiously absent this whole time. *wink* Aha.

Then we ate pizza, ribs, chicken, etc. Played "Ten Fingers," and watched "Slumdog." Dav kept making these retarded comments throughout it until he had to leave. XD I already watched it before, but it was still good. Sling opened presents too, and that was pretty cool.
Then we ate cake (CAKECAKECAKECAKECAKECAKECAKE!!!!! =D) and yeah. Yuna, Jess, and I climbed onto the roof, and it was pretty nice. I wish I could climb onto my roof. Just sit there and stare at the sky.

We got ready for bed, but halfway through, everyone started getting back up and going into the kitchen and stuff. XD Fusako, Kavita, Kim, Jess, and I were playing Truth, 'cept it got hella off-topic. Ahahaha. I wonder what guys would talk about if they played Truth? Probably not what we talked about. Roflmao. Anyways, Kavita and I ended up going to bed at like, 4 am. XD

We ate pancakes for breakfast!!! Yeah!!! And we had this really good Chai tea thing or whatever. Yum! Then people started leaving, but Jess and I stayed until like, 2-ish. XD We made TONS of cotton candy (Sling rented this AWESOME cotton candy maker for a few days), and we ended up with these huge wads of cotton candy. =D We took some home too. Then we watched "Phineas and Ferb" for a while, which was HILARIOUS. I wish I had Disney Channel... *sighs* Oh well.

Anyways, it was so much fun!!! =D

Spring Break '09!!!

Hell yeah! Days of blissful peace and relaxation and doing absolutely nothing! (Technically, it's just me staying home, sleeping until 3 pm daily, doing homework, playing piano, going on the computer, and watching TV.) Maybe I'll go to the movies. Or have a water balloon fight. Or go swimming if they've cleaned the neighborhood pool, which I doubt. Or go to the park. Or learn how to ride a bike. Yes, I said learn. =P I'm so happy! Yay!

Haha, I wore this really bright pink strapless dress (obviously wore a jacket over it), because it's spring! And bright colors make me happy. ;) And I was afraid I'd get my math test back, which I'm sure I failed, and I'd need something to cheer me up. We didn't though. Get the test back, I mean.

PE was boring. We had a sub, but we still had to run and stretch and crap. -.- We played dodgeball though! I just stayed in the back. Dodged the balls. Caught one. Didn't throw it. I remember I used to actually try in middle school. But I have absolutely no aim whatsoever, and my throws suck too.

Math was boring. We "learned" about sigma. Blech. Bo-oring.

Brunch was hilarious. Basically, I was talking to Robyn, and she was saying I looked nice and asking about my dress, so I told her it was strapless, and she was like, "Take it off!" (Referring to my jacket, because she wanted to see my dress, but you know.) It was soooo funny. XD You had to be there.

I slept through ceramics. Made a hollow sphere. Pretty much it. So basically, I worked for like, five minutes out of 100. XD

Lunch was pretty boring. Robyn was gone, at her swim lunch, so... no shoe-stealing. Or (lesbian) name-calling. XD

We didn't do much in French. Took a quiz, which I aced thanks to Shannie's tip-offs. (Love you!!! =D) Listened to some music. Reviewed the subjunctive. I finished parts of my homework. Afterwards though, Shahzeen and I ran outside and screamed, just to celebrate the freedom of spring break.

After school was pretty boring too. Listened to the "Assumption Song" on CK's iPod (dude, her headphones are freaking BEAST. Hella good sound-canceling and stuff), cracked up at Grace, etc.

Ross and I had an interesting conversation on the way home. As always. We were talking about jacket zippers today, and those dangly string things on sweatshirts. Then we were talking about the girl-guy ratio of science and math teachers. It was rather fun. We were relating random words yesterday (like apple to house, by way of: apples grow on trees, trees are green, bushes are green, bushes are outside my house). =P I love our rides home. Haha. The only reason the rides to school aren't as fun is because I'm always dead in the mornings, so I never really feel like getting into a debate about the use of the word "technically." XD

We had pictures in Chinese school today, and my teacher thought I dressed up for it (you know, what with my dress and stuff), but I had no idea. XD We were arguing that the guys should go in the front, since the girls didn't really want to be in the front, but we had to be. -.- Oh well. But like, Michael, Kim, Daniel, and Andrea weren't here, so I guess they're not going to be in the yearbook? Which really sucks. =\
Our teacher got really mad at us today. She totally snapped at Michelle. Like, my guess is that she was already fed up with us, because the guys never listen and are always hella noisy and everything, so when Michelle was asking her for help on the part of our homework which we weren't doing, she got hella pissed, and started screaming and stuff. She sorta reminded me of my dad, so I got hella freaked out. But basically, Michelle was asking her what some of the phrases meant/said, but the teacher didn't want us to be translating them right now, so she just flipped out. It was rather scary.
She calmed down after a while, so things were okay... ish. By far the first time our teacher has actually gotten mad though.

Substitutes Rock!!!

I'm so freakishly happy and I don't know why! W00t!!! It's really weird though, I like, literally failed my math quiz (screw Turbeville for putting stuff she didn't teach, and isn't in the book, on the quiz... -.-) and I think I failed my math test too (I hope I don't get that back tomorrow), and I sorta failed-ish my history pop quiz, but I'm still hella happy!!! Maybe it's just because it's spring. My favorite season! Yay! Plus I got the only 100% on the essay I wrote in history (which I have no idea how I got, seeing as he was rambling about not focusing on the negatives, which is exactly what I did, but whatever!), and my English average is pretty high. And I found out I got 100% on the objectives part of the myth test (missed two, but used a bonus buck worth two points). Yup! =D

We ran so much in PE... Well, technically, not really, but compared to usual. Three laps + stairs. Blech. Then we played field hockey, where my finger got (accidentally!) smashed by Shannie's totally awesome, powerful whack at the ball-puck. XD

We just watched Seven Years in Tibet in history. We were supposed to have a pop quiz, but Mr. Tisa talked Mr. Sloan out of it! W00t! Go substitutes!

Kristine was like, going crazy during brunch when she found out Ms. Foss was gone. I swear, she was laughing hysterically. She started crying because she was laughing so hard... o.o

Obviously, we had a sub in English too. Mr. Bourg! Haha, he makes tons of stupid jokes. XD Robyn went to the orthodontist, and he was making fun of her name, then she walks in, and he's like, "Darn! I can't make bad jokes about your name!" Then he says, "She's Saiki-ing me out!" It was so lame. XD

I stole Robyn's flip-flops during lunch, hid them, then cracked up when she walked right past them. =P Stepho wanted to go talk to Mr. Johnson about joining Jazz Band next year, so Courtney and I went with her, but he wasn't there.

Bio was boring besides a certain Mr. Pence is "batting a 0... or is he?" episode. =P I swear, this is why I love this class. Roflmao...

After school, Stepho, Courtney, and I went to talk to Mr. Johnson. You can totally tell he wants a pianist for Jazz, since he was talking about how if Stepho didn't work out with bass, she could play piano instead. XP

Field hockey in PE yesterday. Fun.

Test in math yesterday. Double fun.

Did nothing in ceramics yesterday. Triple fun.

And French actually was fun. =P I got candy, because Mme. Goldin was going around sticking pictures of fish on people's backs. David TOTALLY didn't notice he got one, it was HILARIOUS.

Actually, ceramics was okay. I started my candle holder thing, and this girl got asked out to ball, it was so cute! Like, this guy comes in with flowers and ice cream and asks her out in front of the whole class. Kind of embarrassing, I guess, but sooooo cute!!! Haha. I'm such a sucker for that stuff. It's sad.
