Recipe of My Life

1. Pour one pint of "Reluctance to Get Up" into a large mixing bowl.
2. Add two cups of "Torture" (aka "School"). Mix well.
3. Add a dash of "Minion Friends" and "Daydreams." Blend at medium power.
4. In a separate bowl, add 4 cups of "No Life" ("Homework") to a quart of "Dead fingers" ("Piano"). Stir until smooth.
5. Mix the two concoctions together.
6. Add a pinch of "Higher Beings" ("Parents").
7. Bake in oven for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
8. Cut into small pieces, place in large bowl.
9. Serve with an enormous, healthy portion of "Hyperness."

Anyways, I haven't posted in a long time. XD Not much has happened though...

Um... I got rubber bands! For my braces. They used to hurt like hell, but they're okay now. Still annoying though, plus I can't eat things with them in. -.-

The weekend was pretty boring. Finished all my homework, refused to study for finals, and tried to finish glazing my panda box.

But anyways, I finally finished my panda box today! Haha, it hasn't been fired yet though, I hope it turns out okay! I like my other projects, but the colors sort of blended together. =P

Oh well. Anyways, my life is rather boring. Only 9 steps. XD

It's Dead Week! Yay!!!

Haha, all except for English. XD We don't have links due, but then Mrs. Foss got around to thinking (which is NEVER a good sign, as thinking = more work), and she was like, "Hey, I know. Why don't we just write an essay?!" Uh-huh... Joyful. Anyways, my day was pretty good.

Pink Bunny was preppy today, and I swear she enjoyed the attention she got because she was preppy. =P It's totally not her though, she should go back to those regular, nice T-shirts... Haha, she walked into Mock Trial and I was like, "What the hell happened to you???" Speaking of Mock Trial, we didn't do much today. XD We never do anymore...

Ceramics was cool. Sort of. We just continued glazing, and I totally screwed up my black and white striped and red ringed pinch vase. -.- Oh well. I'll fix it up on Wednesday. I just noticed though, I'm not going to have time to glaze my panda box before this semester ends... =(

We just wrote an essay in English. Not fun. I actually wrote a lot though (most of it being very far-fetched conclusions reached from my "analysis" of the poem). It wasn't THAT bad on the whole though...

Biology was just a lecture about how cnidarians eat and poop with the same hole. XD But really, we just basically had a lecture. We get to be blessed by the Nematocyst Gods next time! Yay! Haha, I talked to Mr. Pence about my DD (Didn't Do) for one of my homework assignments, and he looked at my report, and was like, "Oh come on, Erica! You have 102%!" Haha, but then he just gave me 100% on the assignment because we couldn't find it, and apparently I'm not a "slacker student." =P

Ew, we have finals next week! =( Well, here's my layout:

A: Mock Trial should be okay... It's just a run-through of the trial, and I should do fine on direct. I'm sort of worried about cross, because Luke's never been particularly good, but that was only because he kept forgetting his questions, and I don't think he ever really tried...

1/2: Ceramics is just that "Artist of the Week" matching thing, so I should be okay with that... It's open notes, thank God, or else I'd fail. We've had like 10 artists, and some of them are really similar...
As for math... I should be okay... hopefully. I think I might do some moderate review for it though, like Cramer's and all that good stuff in my notebook. XD

3/4: Now English is another story. THAT I'm going to fail. Ugh. I still haven't finished my literary terms. I'm not even halfway through! -.- And I don't even know what else we're going to get tested on... It's probably going to be like, "Give the definitions of *inserts 100 terms here,* write a 6 page essay, and a comprehensive piece of poetry, as well as a summary and analysis of each and every story we've read."
I have no idea what we're doing for PE. Probably the mile. Blech.

5/6: I should be fine for Bio. If I happen to fail it, well, I'll still have an A+ in the class. XD So no worries there.
French... hm... It shouldn't be THAT hard. Mme. Goldin's a really laid-back teacher, so... We don't have an oral part of the final, we just have to make a skit (which is due this Thursday). I don't really know what she's testing us on though... I hope it's not anything hard. I don't think I've had a day of French where I devoted my full attention to her the whole time... (Don' tell her I said that...)

All in all, I like my finals schedule! It's pretty much one hard and one easy every day. Plus, I have PE as my second final, so I won't be exhausted before my big final that will kill me. XD

Whale Watch Today!!!

It was pretty awesome! I really didn't want to get up this morning though, it was so early! XD Anyways, I got a ride from Robin Podany's mom, and some guys called Alex and Brett were there too. They were playing guitar in the car, it was sort of funny. =P
So, at Fisherman's Wharf, there was this little, ADORABLE, wharf dog, and I went to pet it, and it's like, the cutest thing in the world!!! Kevin got mad at me though, he was rambling about how the dog's dirty and would probably bite me, but he was really clean, just sort of old, and he's really gentle too!

We went on the Princess Monterey (that was the first boat; the second one was Pacific Explorer), and it's pretty big and roomy, with a heated cabin, snack bar, etc. We didn't even sit in the cabin though. XD Actually, Kevin (Y.), Toby, ad I barely sat at all, except for the last half hour or so, because we didn't see much besides some sea lions swimming. We didn't see anything for a while (besides seaweed, birds, and an occasional jellyfish), so we just spent the first hour o guessing which waves would be fun to ride, because every once in a while, a big one came that felt like a small drop on a roller coaster. =P Terry and Melinda were there too; so were Sasha, Bryan, Tommy, Kathy, and some other people.

We saw tons of sea lions! They were just lounging on the rocks and splashing in the water; they're so cute!!! We saw quite a few grey whales too (more like the spouts of air, but whatever), and they were really hard to get pictures of though. -.- Mostly I just got the spouts of air. And a tail here or there. XD But it was pretty cool! Then we had this whole pod of dolphins come up to the boat and start jumping and swimming alongside us, so that was cool. Then after we got back to the wharf, there was a sea otter swimming in the little inlet of the dock, it was soooooo cute!!! <3

It was funny on the ride though; Kevin kept mistaking seaweed for jellyfish, and waves for whales. XDD Then Toby and I were fighting to get pictures. =P Plus I kept taking a ton of pictures whenever I saw a spout or something (since I have a continuous setting on my camera), so I ended up with like, 1/2 of my pictures being of random water and air. XD

It was pretty awesome after the watch too; I was hanging out with Kevin, Melinda, and Terry, and we saw this dude with a ton of parakeets, parrots, etc. Melinda was remarking about how cute they were, so he just like grabbed her and plunked the bird on her wrist, and she was sort of cringing the whole time. It was really fun though! The birds were really nice and they were adorable, but the trainer dude sort of scared me... Melinda's mom didn't want to hold the bird, but he just sort of yanked her over, and was like, "No, you're holding her, and you're not wearing any damn gloves either!!!" Apparently the bird we got to hold had heart failure though, which might explain why she was so gentle. So cute though!

Then we ate at some place. XD It was at the end of the street, right by the dock.
So Kevin missed Mrs. Podany's call, so right after I finished eating, I had to sprint down the road and find the people. XD

All in all, it was a really fun day, I didn't get seasick (yay! XD) and I can't wait for the next field trip we have! =D

WOW... T.T

Hah. Anyways, I seriously haven't posted in a year! Haha! So yeah. Happy VERY belated New Year!!! I had a TON of fun at LA; we went to Universal Studios, Disneyland, Hollywood, and just shopping. It was pretty awesome.

So, a lot has happened, but not much significant enough to mention. Um... I had some very interesting conversations with Jimmy and his friend, then there's some other weird stuff.

Mock Trial is cool still, but my final is going to be a run of the trial, so if I screw up, I am SO dead...
Our ceramics final is going to be on the Artists of the Week, so I sort of have to look those over...
Math is awesome this week, since Turbeville's gone. XD I know that sounds mean, but... We get a ton of worksheets though... I just annoy Priscilla (Eric) all period so he never finishes his work anymore. Mwahaha!
We're reading Farewell to Manzanar in English now... It's interesting, but sort of bland too. And we need to make visual links, which are sort of bleh. People are sharing their poems though, I wish I could share mine, just to show the class my wonderful picture of a "homeless" person, who is really my sister.
PE is all good. Regular phys. ed. stuff.
Biology is hilarious, as always. XDD Our final is going to be like any other test, so I am totally not do it and still have an A+ in the class. XD
French final is going to be troublesome, as half the time I'm falling asleep and not listening to Mme. Goldin whatsoever. It's sort of boring... I mean, the class is cool, but it's sort of a by-the-book learning process, and I hate that...

All in all, my finals should be okay, excluding English, which I am totally going to fail, and my classes are pretty good.

By the way, I might not post as much anymore; I have my Chinese speech contest coming up, plus, I don't know... This blog has sort of lost its zest... It's still fun reading other people's blogs though! =P

Off to LA!!!

Yay! Anyways, I haven't updated in a looooong time... Which actually translates to a few days. XD Back to the day when I had a Yahoo! Blog, I wouldn't post in it for like a few months at a time. XD But yeah, so Auntie came here on Friday with gifts! Yay! I got a little Hello Kitty thing that rocks it's head and waves, and a Swarovski crystal baby seal. (For those of you that don't know, I collect Swarovski crystal figurines. =D) Then Jess got three pairs of boots, and two Louis Vuitton bags. =P

Yeah, we haven't really done much. =/ But we're off to LA tomorrow!!! Yay! We're going to go to Disneyland, maybe California Adventure, Universal Studios, and shopping! Yay! I'm so excited!!! I can't remember ANYTHING about the last time I went to Disney. XDD But yeah, I shouldn't even be up right now, because we have to wake up at 8:30 tomorrow, and I am SO bad at waking up before 3 pm on holidays/weekends... But I'm bringing my laptop, so I'll either post on the way, or when I'm there. Sorry if I don't post for a few more days though, I haven't really been in the mood... =/ Don't know why... But whatever. I'm so psyched! W00t!!! =D

Billy Gilman ~ Oklahoma

Suitcase packed with all his things
Car pulls up, the doorbell rings
He don't wanna go
He thought he'd found his home
But with circumstances he can't change
Waves goodbye as they pull away
From the life he's known
For the last 7 months or so

She said, We've found a man who looks like you
Who cried and said he never knew
About the boy in pictures that we showed him
A rambler in his younger days
He knew he'd made a few mistakes
But he swore he would have been there
Had he known it
Son, we think we found your dad in Oklahoma

A million thoughts raced through his mind
What's his name, what's he like
And will he be
Anything like the man in his dreams
She could see the questions in his eyes
Whispered, Don't be scared my child
I will let you know
What we know

About the man we found
He looks like you
Who cried and said he never knew
About the boy in pictures that we showed him
A rambler in his younger days
He knew he'd made a few mistakes
But he swore he would have been there
Had he known it
You always said this was something that you wanted
Son it's time to meet your dad in Oklahoma

One last turn he held his breath
Till they reached the faint house on the left
And all at once the tears came rollin' in
And as they pulled into the drive
The man was waiting there outside
He wiped the worry from his eyes
Smiled and took his hand
And he said,

I'm the man who looks like you
Who cried because I never knew
About the boy in pictures that they showed me
Oh a rambler in my younger days
I knew I'd made a few mistakes
But I swear I would have been there
Had I known it
Never again will you ever be alone
Son welcome to your home in Oklahoma

I LOVE Billy Gilman! I actually found his music when I was looking at Connie Talbot's (another super huge child singing prodigy), and I was just like, "Wow..." Anyways, I love his music, and he has a GREAT voice!!!

Merry Christmas!!!

I know, I know, it's a bit late, but I sort of got carried away ripping open presents. Even if they aren't mine. XDD (I was actually watching Mythbusters, but whatever. =P)

Anyways, it's been a pretty awesome Christmas! I ALMOST caught Santa, I was sooooooo close!!! But he escaped... for like, the fifth time... =/ I got a ton of candy that he spilled though! candy canes, chocolate, gummies... Oh, and this weird cold, black object. It's sort of round. I can write with it! =D

Yeah, here's a big list of the people I need to thank, and what they got me (in no particular order):

Courtney ~ This totally adorable and hilarious kitten calendar (which is ironic because I really need to start planning out what events I have XD) and M&Ms!!! Sugar ftw!!!
Michelle ~ POLARKA!!! (For those of you not in the know, Polarka is my stuffed polar bear. Yay!!! So cute!!!)
Pink Bunny ~ These hella pretty earrings and that cell phone charm/necklace that I totally demolished during Mock Trial. XP
Lisa ~ This bee-yoo-tiful purple bracelet!!! (It doesn't fall off my wrist either, which is a super +++!!!)
Ellen ~ This coolio bath wash kit, complete with a card from EllenWorld!!! All hail QueenEllen!!!
Jung ~ Ferrero Rocher!!! More chocolate!!! W00t!!!
Vivian ~ The awesome Santa hat that I wore around all day while giving out goodie bags and candy!!! =D
Stepho ~ DELICIOUS cookies!!! Like... heaven!!! Then again, anything that's yummy and is packed full with sugar is heaven to me. =P
Brenden ~ Who didn't exactly give me a present, per se, but he did lend me his iTouch for all of bio!!! XD

Not to mention all of you with the awesome candy canes and chocolate, whom there are way too many of, like:

Lucy
Seohyun
Kevin
Robyn

And many others!!! I love you all!!!

Flight ~ Delayed

Basically, we had to pick up Jason and drop him off at the airport so that he could go home. XD It took us forever to get to Berkeley though; there was so much traffic!!! Then when we got there, Jess said that some dude named David could drop Jason off, but then David apparently couldn't, so... Then it was a pain putting everything in the trunk; Jess had like 6 bags plus a ton of purses and miscellaneous stuff. Compare that to Jason, who had ONE nice, organized suitcase, and a backpack.

Add that to more traffic. And three tired people with no room to sleep in. XD I ate a ton of SweeTarts too... I was hella hungry, but we were stuck in traffic. =O Then we found out Jason couldn't make his flight, since it was already like, 3:35 and his flight LEFT at 3:40... So we were like, let's get out of this, and just go eat...

But then Jason's mom called again, and she said the flight was delayed since almost no one was on board. XD We think it was probably because of the car accident (which was the cause for the traffic too). But it was delayed until 5pm, so we had time to go grab some In-N-Out (their burgers are really good, but their fries are like... not seasoned). Then we just dropped Jason off.

Mommy had to return some stuff at Marshall's so Jess and I went to Nordstrom Rack, which is a really confusing place full of lots of clothes that cost a lot and don't seem to be in any specific system of organization. o.o

And then I fell asleep on the way home. XD

Border's Gift Wrap Part II!!!

It wasn't as fun as the first day, but whatever. XD

We just wrapped presents. Except this time, we didn't have the chairs to put our sign on, so we actually had to have people advertise. XD Before Linda and Kevin came, I was advertising with our awesome sign. Basically, I was in my awesome Christmas outfit (red shirt, green skirt, white belt/tights, Santa hat), and dancing (well, shuffling right/left) and belting out Christmas carols every time someone came in the door. Hey, it worked though! I got way more customers that way than Linda and Kevin just standing by the door saying "Free Gift Wrap!" XD Then, I went down the line a few times, but I didn't have my boots on because they were stuffy, so this guy asked me why I didn't have any shoes on, so I was like, "Um... It's easier to run around advertising that way." XD Christina was like, "You should have said, 'I gift wrap with my feet! Duh!'" Haha. Then when we were wrapping, this one guy came over with 5 gift cards and made it a race between me and Christina, complete with narration (like the racetrack ones), which made me crack up so bad that I couldn't even wrap. Oh, yeah, we saw the guy who played I Spy with us on Saturday too!!!

Then Linda and Kevin came, and they basically just advertised for us. I tried to teach Kevin the proper way of advertising, but he refused to sing and dance. -.- Guys and their pride... Haha. Meanwhile, Christina and I had tons of customers who didn't care what type of gift wrap they had, so we gave them all fairies! Haha. The fairies are hella cute!!! XD We have to call them "magical little people" though, they've been called fairies, elves, angels, pixies... Then whenever we ran out of actual Christmas wrap, we just stole some from the counter. XD

Then Peter came again! Yay! We had to call him 3 times before he actually showed though. Haha, Christina and I are probably going to the movies with his on Christmas Eve, but we're not sure yet. Anyways, I was wrapping presents while he was here, and then he had to leave right after I finished, s I was like, "I didn't even get to talk with you!" XD Then Christina and I both got hugs, but I wouldn't let go of me (as in a really tight hug, like he's trying to kill you), so I just tried to choke him (for fun), but I don't think he felt it because he's tall. XD

Then we had this mob of sophomores. Riddy, Ellen, and Chey all came to help, but technically, they just sat there. And studied. Or read books. So I went and bought a Jamba Juice because I had nothing else to do. =P Kevin, Christina, and I were playing I Spy again, and we rock at that. =P Then I got tired, so I used Kevin as a pillow. But he ditched me. So I just slept on two chairs. XD

Then Kevin was talking about how his mom bet him $100 that he wouldn't get a girlfriend before junior year, so I was like, "You should just pretend someone's your girlfriend to get the $100." XD And I suggested Pink Bunny. But he didn't like that idea. XDD

Then Ellen, Riddy, Linda, and Kevin all left, so Christina and I went to Target for candy while Chey "guarded" the table. The Chewy SweeTart Minis are SOOOO good! Yummy! Then Chey left, so Christina and I just sat there reading magazines (well, taking the quizzes in there), eating candy, and wrapping the occasional present.

Total money earned was $914.20!!! Yay! That's like 45.5 backpacks! W00t!!!

Border's Gift Wrap... Part I!!!

Haha, it was hella fun! It was basically me and Christina the whole day, except from 1-3:30 pm, when Linda came. We kept ourselves entertained with these awesome snow globe/bouncy balls though. =P So for the first few hours, we were pretty busy wrapping presents and stuff, but we'd get these rush periods, then these lazy periods (we were reading magazines/books when we got a lazy period). Our parents both brought us McDonalds for lunch, which was rather funny. But I had to go promote every once in a while (we got sick of sitting around with nothing to do), so I'd go down the line for checkouts (it was HELLA long), and just keep saying, "There's free gift wrap in the cafe when you're done making your purchases." One time, this lady was like, "It'd be better if they just opened another cash register." It was sort of funny. Lots of people donated money and gave tips! There was this one guy that was like, "How much does this cost?" And we told him it was free, so he looked at us with this smile on his face and said, "No, of course it's not free!" And gave us $10. It was really nice. What was funny though, is that we'd say that $20 buys a backpack for a kids (full of school supplies and survival necessities), and lots of people would look for $20 to donate. =) Everyone's so nice around here...

Then this woman, DeeDee, was advertising her memoir, "Heart Knots," which was about her struggle to overcome a tumor which as wrapped around her heart. She was really, really nice, and Christina and I wanted to read her book, but she said that we were too young and shouldn't be exposed to that sort of thing. I'm going to read her book someday. Hey guys, if you have nothing better to do, go pick up a copy of "Heart Knots," okay?

But basically, Christina found this dude named Peter (she got his name when the dude at Seattle's Best Coffee called out his order), and just saw that he kept going in and out of Border's, so it was sort of weird. Then when Linda came, Christina and I went to Whole Foods for food samples just because, and we saw Peter standing by the microwave heating up his food, so we started talking to him, and we all went back to Border's and he just sat by us and we started talking, and Linda was all like, "WTF? Where'd he come from?" And yeah, so Peter moved after a while, and Christina went to his table and kept talking to him, and Linda and I were sitting at the table (no one wanted anything wrapped), and we were both staring at him intently with this stalker-ish, creepy look on our faces. It was hilarious. XD

Then Linda had to leave, and Peter came back to join us, at which time he had Chinese food from Rice Garden. =P Then we started talking about cute guys, which was pretty random, and then we got to exchanging phone numbers because he'd never been to the Art and Wind Festival before, and Christina and I were like, "OMG, you have to go! We'll call you when it's going on." Then he gave us his number, so we gave him ours just for "insurance." XD It was pretty funny.

Then when he left, he left the post-its with our numbers on them, so Christina was like, "What a jerk..." and we both ran after him, but he'd gotten in his car and drove away. So then she called his number and was like, "You left the post-its here..." and told him that he had to come back on Monday. XD Which, by the way, is when we're both volunteering again.

Then afterward, Christina and I got dinner and stuff, and started looking at calendars with Rabbit Suicides, and playing I SPY. At one point, this guy came over and started playing I SPY with us. It was kind of funny. XD Then we both got these cream smoothie things from the cafe (I got a strawberry one, Christina got an orange mango one), and just kept playing I SPY.

The last customer we had forgot to take out his receipt, so I had to take apart one of his wrapped presents and take out the receipt for him, but I took it apart rather nicely, so I was joking like, "We should all marvel at my pro-ness." Then he was like, "Yeah, I'll go home, and still be marveling at your pro-ness." So we got to saying how he'd tell the present receiver about how good I am at taking apart presents, then she'll pass it on to her children, and who knows, maybe there will be a movie about it someday! You know, "Based on a True Story of a Border's Gift-Wrapping Girl." =D Then we cleaned up around 9:50 pm, and went home. XD But it was a hella fun day!

By the way, people, I have two official awesome jobs to put on my college application (tutoring doesn't count, it's not awesome enough =P):
1) Professional Gingerbread Cookie Decorator
2) Professional Border's Gift-Wrapper

But anyways, you people that don't go to Border's gift wrap don't know what you're missing out on! The customers there are hella funny and awesome to talk to!!! (Like Peter. Roflmao. XD)

I Be Santa!!!

Haha, it was SO awesome yesterday!!! =D Basically, I gave out all of my goodie bags, candy canes to random people, and a brownie to *almost* everyone that asked! Yay! It made me happy. =) I got lots of presents too! I don't know what they are yet (except for a few because the people made me open it... *cough* Lisa *cough*), but I'll post when I open them! Yay! =D

Mock Trial was AWESOME. We had tons of food, and Rock Band! W00t! Adam chose this hella high pitched song, so I was screeching the whole time I was singing. XD But we got donuts, chips, soda, candy canes, brownies, cupcakes, cookies, and lots of yummy yummy food!!! <3

Ceramics wasn't that different. So whatever. XD

English was hella fun... for once! XP We had this play thing where the class split into two groups, and we each acted out "'Twas the Night Before Christmas!" It was the awesomest thing ever! And I got to be Santa!!! And Ramon visited us too! So I gave him his goodie bag, and he got to watch my awesome impersonation of Santa laughing, jumping down the chimney, and yelling for his reindeer (Tedmund was Rudolph =P) to bring him to the roof. It was pretty awesome.

Yeah, during lunch, and I went around asking people if they wanted candy canes. XD

Yeah, we totally skipped the lecture in bio. XD I love Mr. Pence. We got to eat cookies, cake, and chocolate! Plus these REALLY yummy mini butter cookies. They're delicious. Then Mr. Pence was joking, and he was like, "We're going to watch my favorite Christmas movie! It's about sponges! It's so festive!" But we just watched Elf. XD It was pretty awesome! Yay!

I Get to Feel Like Santa! <3

And I love every moment of it! Yay! Every single year, I get to feel like Santa on the last day of school before Christmas! It's so awesome! It feels like I'm bringing joy to all of my friends, it's such an awesome feeling! Sure, it's hassle-some to make tons of goodie bags and treats, and lug them around school, but... It's totally worth it!

This year, I have 34 goodie bags, 28 brownie squares, and a big box of fruit flavored mini candy canes! Yay! I'm so happy! =D I don't even get what makes me so happy about Christmas. I mean, it's not like much is going on, I get presents from my close friends, give goodie bags and treats to almost my whole networks of moderately close friends, but it's just a nice feelings. It's all festive, and fun, and I love giving people things, an baking, and yay! =D I'm so happy! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Oh yeah, by the way, I'll be changing my Christmas song every few days (even after Christmas, until the end of December). The lucky first song is Jingle Bell Rock! =D

My Life of Randomness

Yeah, my life is pretty damn awesome. =D

Mock Trial was hilarious today. We got to watch defense, and I totally cracked up when Wendy was like, "It's Doctor." XD I didn't get to see myself though, which is a good and bad thing. =/ Good because I don't have to go through the embarrassment of being impeached again, bad because I really wanted to see myself go. -.-

Math was boring. We had a notebook check and a quiz. The quiz was easy, but I got a 48/50 on the notebook check because I didn't enter my chapter 6 test score. And she won't let anyone change anything either. Ugh. It's going to bother me. -.- But whatever. -.-

Break was HILARIOUS. I was chasing Robyn and Brenden around, then Robyn was running around, Brenden was running towards me, and Robyn tripped over Brenden's foot. She didn't get hurt though, so I started cracking up so bad!!! XD I was actually on the ground for like, a minute... and a half. =P

PE was boring, then fun. Football was the stupidest thing ever. Ugh. We just stood around because Brian's team was being idiots. XD Then basketball was awesome, we only lost one game, but that was on winner's court, sadly. -.-

Then in French, we had the oral quiz, which was hella easy, then we watched the rest of Madeleine, which was rather cute, and ate the Buche De Noels (Christmas Logs, aka swirl cakes). Yum.

Ross and I had a very interesting conversation in the car. We started talking about trees, poles, fences, etc. Then we had this 5-minute lapse where we went back and forth going like:
"What?"
"What?"
"Where?"
"Why?"
"What?"
Then we had this 3-minute period where we just kept cracking up. Yup. We are so awesome!!! XD

Blessed by the Spicule Gods!!!

Psh, yeah! You WISH you were blessed by the spicule gods! XD I love bio... =D

Anyways, Mock Trial yesterday, the camcorder was screwed up, so we didn't get to watch defense. We just sat around. And talked.

More glazing in ceramics. I'm really getting sick of it. -.- You get these terrible hand cramps trying to make the colors and lines look neat. Ugh. It's so annoying! The project I'm glazing right now is going to look pretty awesome though! I finished my footed pinch pot, so I'm onto my pinch vase, which has a ton of lines and dots around it. Basically, I'm making the whole thing black and white except for this coil ring around the neck, which I'm going to make bright red! =D

English was... English. Mrs. Foss wrote, "The Night Before an AP Student's Christmas" or something, which has a ton of weird words like "diurnal" and crap in it. =P It was really funny whenever we tried to read it. XDD

And bio... Haha, pure love, right there. We basically did this lab with sponges, where we took bleach and dissolved all the spongy material (and essentially killed the sponge), then looked for the spicules (which are sort of like bones) in the sponge, Then, when we found them, Mr. Pence comes over with this white "wand" that's actually a dried sponge, and taps you on the head, saying "____ has been blessed by the Spicule Gods!" But yeah, He's freaking awesome! Haha. Then he was "hinting" at what he wants for Christmas. Hinting being writing, "Pete's Coffee Gift Cards WELCOME!" on the blackboard and continually drawing attention to said note. =P

K.P.C.O.F.G.S... Hm...

Lol. Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species... but apparently "King Phillip Came Over For Great Sex." XD
How I love Mr. Pence... =P

Anyways, yesterday was sort of boring. In Mock Trial, we talked about funny stories during the scrimmage, and there were TONS. I like Wendy's though, this dude was crossing her, and he was like, "Good morning, Ms. King." And she replied all sharply, "It's Doctor." XD Yeah, it was pretty awesome! Then Kelly's attorneys had her say her name was Dutch, so when the guy greeted her, she was like, "Jefferson (Yefferson). It's Dutch." HILARIOUS. We get to watch defense stuff tomorrow, so I can't wait to see them! I CAN wait to see myself though... getting impeached... -.-

We glazed more in ceramics. OMG, I can't wait to glaze my panda box!!! It's going to be such a pain though... XDD But if I do it well, it'll look AWESOME!!! Yay!

English was... English. We read poems on social injustice, and found out our project for the break. a poster, summary/response to an article, and a poem on said article. DX Ugh. I think English projects should go die... -.-

And Mr. Pence's class was just awesome. See the quote at the very, very top. XD
