Random Observations

...Because I have no time to legitimately sit down and blog right now.

*****

1) Courtney has really pretty eyes. I'm serious. They're like the most gorgeous eyes I've seen.

2) Everyone's freaking out about AP Testing. Me included of course.

3) I have a crapload of tests this week and next, and the timing is just WONDERFUL. Trig test today, Euro test Friday, physics + AP French exam Monday, chem + AP Euro exam Friday. WTF. I'm pretty much screwed for all of them except chem...

4) I failed that trig test today. I really did. Sh*t.

5) Robyn doesn't sit with us at lunch anymore... She's busy studying Euro. Dx

6) Ross is becoming less passive. I say it's due to Zach's comment.

7) Speaking of Zach, I haven't been dangled upside-down for two days in a row now! =D

8) They're also the two days that have been raining. It was really pretty this morning though; it was a drizzle but with lots of sun. Perfect weather for a rainbow.

9) STAR is over. Back to 100 minute periods. Blech.

10) Having Starbucks during Kumon makes it WAY more manageable.

Today = Awesome

So anyways, I had to finish French and play piano in the morning (or rather afternoon. xD) so that was sort of a bummer but whatever.

Then afterward, I went to the library (they were having a HUGE book sale!) and bought 36 books. Yep, 36. Count them. And the total was only $9! It made me insanely happy, it was sort of sad. xD So I have a few new James Patterson and Nora Roberts books, a copy of Joy Luck Club, Catch-22, and Wuthering Heights, and a few random books that seemed good.

*****

Cory's party was pretty awesome. So beforehand, Simon and I met at his house to "assemble" Cory's gift, a.k.a put a sign around the stuffed dog's neck. But yeah, the doggy was amazingly soft and cute. Kudos to Simon for finding it! Then Paula had this balloon thing with an attached rubber band which you can just bounce around with your hand, and I amused myself for quite a while later on with it.

Then we all headed over to Hacienda (after everyone who needed a ride showed up) and watched Date Night, which was AWESOMELY funny. Really sort of crude and stuff, but it was hilarious. So if you guys haven't watched it and need a movie suggestion, that's the way to go. ;D
And afterward, we played Time Crisis in the arcade thing, and J.R. and I got Jamba Juice (thanks to Simon for the coupon. =P)

After we got back to Cory's, we just ate In-n-Out and watermelon (Paula's gift xD), and we played Brawl. Then came poker! Aha, $1 buy in for everyone; J.R. totally owned, but then he had to leave, so he just got $3 cuz he ousted Cory and Duy (I believe). Then it whittled down to Sung, Davy, Andrew, and me (amazingly I was the only girl playing; I think some people forgot to bring the fee), and I (surprisingly) won a round. Then we had sudden death, since we were running out of time for some weird reason, and Davy ended up winning. But he was nice and gave everyone back their dollar.
Then we had ice cream cake! But the timing was a bit off since a lot of the people had already left. =P And we decided to play B.S, which was rather cool as well.

Then Cory opened presents (there were a few really funny cards). Minyoung got him a $55 Ralph Lauren wallet, and a drawing of him she apparently spent 3 weeks on. I was like, "Holy crap... o.o" Then there was the general money, gift cards, etc. Plus the huge stuffed dog and the watermelons. =P

So yeah, pretty awesome day! =D

Paper Cranes

So today was by far the longest day of the week. Just in terms of class periods. No testing today, so back to our normal 100 minute periods. Finished my chem and physics homework in class though! But then in French, we had an AP practice oral exam, which I EPICALLY failed at. -sighs- Oh well.

There was a rally during tutorial/brunch, but Mrs. Breton let us stay inside if we wanted. I watched some from the balcony; there are people at our school that are pretty damn good dancers...

Lunch was sort of amusing. I was doing something or the other, and it ends up with Zach holding my arms (like always) but Robyn just decided to come hold my legs, so I almost got dropped since Zach wasn't expecting it. And then Robyn got her shoes stolen... again. So she took Ross' backpack, and Ross, being Ross, just follows her going, "Can I have my backpack back?" and "I need my backpack" but not actually doing anything about it. Until after a while, I guess he got sort of fed up and just grabbed it. Then I grabbed the handle and Zach lifted me up. Upside down. It was like -grab backpack handle- -BOOM- -world turns upside down-. It was interesting, but not exactly the best thing in the world. xD And sadly, Zach has realized that in that situation, I can't really do much, or else he might drop me. And so the friend-induced torture continues. =P

*****

Chinese school was pretty uneventful, except Jimmy was being a retard, as usual. Then Stanley kept trying to take my stuff. Namely my oatmeal raisin cookie. But near the end, Lance started folding paper cranes, so I followed his example, and after a while, we had a paper crane family complete with a dad, mom, children, and a few aunts/uncles. xD

My Friends Need to Stop Molesting Me

So during lunch, Robyn shoved a piece of grass down the front of my shirt. Awkward much?

Then Zach kept putting grapes down the back of my shirt. And poking me. And then he tickled me. So I was curled up in this defensive ball/fetal position by the end of lunch. Wonderful. xD
Having friends = torture sometimes. But it's okay, because they're awesome!

Only other notable thing that happened today was that during physics, Brittany, Alex, and I all shared a bag of peanut M&Ms, apple candy rings, grapettes, Now&Laters, and apple gummies. And I got one of the Laffy Taffy sticks. =P (We're making ice cream on Wednesday! In physics AND chem! I'm excited!)
And we have STAR testing this week, which sort of sucks, but at the same time, I wake up late and have shorter classes. So whatever. But the seniors get to sleep in until like 11... Nyeh.

Rather Weird Dreams...

So I had three dreams that were amazingly weird...

So in the first dream, Cory, Minyoung, Nick, some girl named Yoona (yes, spelled that way, not Sling's sis), and I had this pet hawk that we were training. And then Nick was driving us to some competition or something (Yoona had shotgun, I was in the backseat on the left, Minyoung was in the middle, and Cory was on the right), which was weird. Then we had this whole maze thing that we had to go through, and every once in a while we'd meet some random animal and its trainer, and we'd have to do tasks assigned to us by them. And one of them was to like, have our hawk scare off a bear that looked amazingly like an Ursaring. And we saw a baby crocodile doing it too.
Then we had to go through this marshland thing after the maze, and I woke up before we started to cross it.

*****

The second dream was way more detailed. So I was going to prom with friends, and my date was some random guy. So before we went to prom, we decided to go to Macy's to eat at Cheesecake Factory, but while we were waiting to get called, we all got separated, then Robyn and I were by ourselves, and this stalker kept following us (he was like this teenage guy with brownish hair and blue eyes). So while trying to get away from him, Robyn and I ran up escalators and stuff, and eventually we got separated too. So I ducked into the ladies' changing room, and found a guy in the handicapped stall (beats me why he was there) and I talked to him for a while about some history or something (I forget the specifics), and then the stalker gets into the changing room too, and somehow sees exactly where I am.
Then these girls and the guy distract him, so I duck back out of the changing rooms, and run up more escalators until I got to the 6th level, which was the entrance to the Cheesecake Factory, and then I got into the elevator, but somehow the stalker caught up to me and got in the elevator with me. Then on the way down, I found out he wasn't a bad guy at all, and that my former prom date was like a schizo or something. So we worked together to try to catch the guy, and when we found him, he kept talking about API scores or something. I have no idea what the heck those are... Then I woke up.

*****

My last dream wasn't as weird; it was like marching band practice. But we had really weird training. Like we were playing water balloon dodgeball. And doing sprints (which isn't that unusual). But then we had to skip sideways. And this was all on the lawn outside some restaurant, not on the field.
And afterwards, we got lunch at the restaurant, and there was a TON of food. And pigs in a blanket (don't ask me why I remember that in particular). So yeah, and Mr. J was paying for everyone's lunch. Which normally would never happen, but I guess anything's possible in a dream.

So anyways, those dreams were really weird. But they were amusing at the same time. Better than nightmares, or not having any dreams at all. xD

Nyehhh!!!

Yeah. Random post title. xD

Anyways, so in TA today, we were bombarded with calls asking about what happened with all the fights and stuff yesterday. There were quite a few parents that were freaking out and everything... Then parents got called in for a meeting with Mr. Corti if their kids were involved in the fight. And there were at least 4 police officers on campus today, administrators patrolled EVERYWHERE during brunch/lunch, and people from the district came, like Mr. Hoy. Then even the mayor showed up this morning too... In such a normally peaceful city like San Ramon, I guess this is a HUGE deal...
Hsiang brought me cake! (It was his dad's birthday yesterday.) Yay! So I ate that during TA and tutorial. =P

Trig was pretty boring; Tiffy and I drew little illustrations/cartoons for people, and paid like, no attention to the lecture whatsoever. Normally I would be doing homework, but we needed polar graph paper, which I hadn't printed out yet. Then I just ate my cake and Sour Patch kids. =D

Brunch was uneventful. Unlike yesterday.

We were supposed to have a quiz on Lord of the Flies" in English, but we ended up just talking about the fights and "mob mentality," finished watching "Defiance," and told jokes. More interesting than the average day in English...

No more fights during lunch either. I'm pretty sure all of the kids involved got suspended... I mean, that's a HUGE deal... But anyways, I got hecka tired, so I was dozing off on the ground with my backpack as my pillow, then Robyn comes over, and being Robyn, decides to try and make things awkward. Except I didn't notice at first. So she was like doing pushups over me and stuff. Then she started putting pieces of pretzels down my shirt, which was VERY awkward, then I started squirming around to get away from her (for obvious reasons), but apparently I pinned her arm with mine, so I'm pretty sure any random person passing by would have thought we had serious problems. Or I was getting molested. Or something. Zach was all like, "Robyn, I'm pretty sure that's illegal..." xD

Euro was boring. We compiled the FRQ questions everyone did (thankfully), but 3/4 of the people's answers SUCK. Like some of them are about three sentences long. I was like, "WTF. I spent about 3 hours making full page answers, single-spaced, for EACH of my four questions, and included pretty much everything you need to know, and you come up with crap like, 'Germany supported it.'" It was so retarded. -.-
But then we watched this mini documentary on the scientists telling this one gorilla it was going to die, and it was SO messed up. Like, the gorilla was communicating how it knew it was going to rot away and decay one day, and it was so disturbed, and it even fell into depression, but the scientists were like, "We did it!" Then they moved on to bunnies, but they didn't show the results of that. It was rather sad...
Then we had this documentary on the Berlin Wall, which was actually pretty interesting.

Off to Chinese school later, so I'm going to take a nap first. Ill update this post if anything interesting happens, and if not... Then I won't. =P

Let's Celebrate Punch Your Neighbor Day!

Yeah, I made that up, but I think it's a deserving new tradition. I'm going to honor it. =P But for those of you who DON'T go to Cal High, and who DON'T know about the craziness that happened today, we had 11 fights at school. At least. (I had mock fights with Robyn, Kelly, and Shalini throughout the day too, just to make fun of all these fights going on. But we just shoved each other a bit and said stuff like, "You wanna go?!" and "Aw what!")

I don't even know who was fighting or what they were about, but it was CRAZY today. One during brunch between Kevin Scanlon and some black dude. Then during lunch, all the black girls were beating each other up, and when the administrators tried to stop them, they'd even try to fight them, or they'd just sprint off. Then Bianca and her friends ganged up on Gaby (and sad to say, I actually don't feel that bad for her, because she's sort of a bitch to tons of people.) All in all, there were seven (more or less) fights during lunch, and it got so bad, the administrators tried to end lunch like 10 minutes early. Not that anyone listened. Then apparently there were three after school.

Then all during lunch, there was this mass of people just watching the fights, and every time a new fight started, or the people ran off to fight somewhere else, the mass just migrated. Like a mob. Everyone just moved wherever the fight was. Like, I understand, fights are interesting and all, and it IS interesting to watch, just for the sake of watching and seeing who's fighting and who wins. But like this? Seriously. Get a grip guys. It's people beating each other up!

But break was hilarious. So Clarissa and I were in Mrs. Breton's room, just reviewing physics and stuff, then Clarissa notices the fight going on, so we get on top of the Lab 10 counter and watch for a while. Then when Mrs. Breton comes back in, she was like, "What are you doing?" So we told her there was a fight in the quad, and she reports it to the office, then heads outside saying, "I've never got to see one of these before!" And we see her watching from right outside the door (we're on the second floor of the science building) with this slight grin on her face. Like, all of these teachers/administrators are trying to calm everyone down, and Mrs. Breton's just watching it, smiling. She's awesome. xD Then Clarissa and I were talking about the mob around the fight, and she was like, "See, with the people all around you, you don't even have space to fight!" So obviously, that led to me saying, "Of course, the problem isn't that there's people beating each other up, it's that they don't have adequate space to beat each other up in!"

So yeah, today was insane. There were administrators and teachers EVERYWHERE during lunch, but then people would just fake fights to distract them from the real fight...The cops came too. I wonder why everyone's so crazy today? Every once in a while, we'll have a fight or two, but NOTHING like this.

*****

Back to my day, which was boring excluding all the fights. There were a few really weird phone calls in TA. Like the parent would describe the teacher to me ("Oh he teaches special ed and used to be a sub last year...") and expect me to know who it was. Yeah, it didn't work out that well, so I just transferred all of them to Lynette. xD
Chem was pretty interesting actually; we did a model airbag lab. No extra credit, but I didn't want/need it anyways, and I figure, let someone who needs it get it, right? I got a 71.5/69 on my chem test though! I missed a multiple choice question (-2) because I was stupid and wasn't thinking (big surprise there...), and got -1/2 for significant figures in one of my explanations. But I got +4 for our extra credit. It's really sad how I barely try in chem, yet do well on tests, and the average is usually a B- or C+...
Then I got called in to pick between physics/chem STAR. I picked chem, but I'm having second thoughts, because the physics practice STAR Mrs. Breton gave us was pretty easy... And the chem one seems more conceptual and sort of complicated... I hope I made the right choice... -sighs-
Physics was interesting. Just a lecture on waves and frequencies, plus STAR review, but I finished all my homework in class! =D
Eric threw a fruit cup at Robyn during lunch, and it apparently exploded in her hair. I was like, "Wow. Really?" Like, we'll throw stuff, but it's never things that will explode on you or make a huge mess. It's always condiment packets, grapes, blueberries. Little things. Not fruit cups.
French was... boring? I actually don't remember much from French. We had another vocab quiz (we always do), then we just did oral/whiteboards exercises for the rest of class. Chelsie had these really yummy Chocorooms though. They're like "mushrooms" with a cracker stem and chocolate cap. They're delicious! Then we were joking how we should but them in a black box then furtively be like, "You got the stuff?" "Yeah, I got the chocolate shrooms." Then if an administrator tried to report us for possession of "drugs," we'd just show them the food and offer them a few. xD

Then all through French they had announcements like, "Don't let your students out of class unless they're an athlete and have a match." I guess they were afraid people would get out of class to go fight more... All in all, a pretty crazy day...

Edit: http://sanramon.patch.com/articles/principal-punched-students-attacked-at-cal-high-today

Edit: So apparently according to eyewitness accounts by some of my friends, with the inter-student fighting, Gaby totally got owned. Like, the girls threw her to the ground and stomped on her head, and she lost a few teeth too... And during the brunch fight, one of the guys picked up the other guy and threw him into the wall. Then Mr. Wright (one of the assistant principals) had to punch the girl who came onto campus to try and get her to stop fighting. And she bit some staff member in the uhm... chest region.
So apparently the main incident (with the girl who isn't a student) was provoked by a previous even at the skate park, and it had to do with racial discrimination for something. I think the incident with Gaby probably had to do with that too... Crazy.

-sighs-

Why is that girl able to be so freaking annoying and such a problem from across the world? Sometimes I really want to just call her up and tell her everything she's caused. Of course, it's not all her fault; I'd be lying if I said it was. But seriously, does she not have her own family and friends to talk to? Why can't she just talk to THEM, instead of bothering someone she's never even met in person? I really feel like finding her and just slapping her. I want to tell her to WAKE UP! Agh. Does she even know what the hell she's doing? Why can't she find people she actually KNOWS to complain/whine to?! What is up with this?!

Spring Break...

...is over... Come backkkk!!! -rewind back to April 3, 2010- I wish. I don't feel like I did anything. Definitely didn't study much. I am SO screwed for my AP/SAT II tests... Blech. I DID memorize 14 Bach pieces though... Just one more. Then I'll touch up on all of them and be good to go!

I am SO ready for summer... But not all the tests that come before then. STAR, finals, AP, SAT II... Ah well. Take it day by day...

Such a bummer that break's over! No more staying up until 2am watching dramas, and sleeping in until 2pm... It sort of sucks... The good thing is that after the AP testing, I won't have to worry about Euro or French anymore, other than a bit of review for French (since the French SAT II should be loads easier than the AP). I'm so not ready to go back to school...

-cries- SAVE MEEEEE!!! =[

If Death is the Coward's Way Out...

Then sometimes I seriously wish I were a coward.

So my mom got really mad at me for not studying and playing piano enough over break. Apparently I haven't been "taking advantage" of this extra time. -sighs- At least I'm sick, so as long as I keep my crying silent, you can't tell, because my sniffling can be totally due to my cold. But now I doubt I can go bowling with the rest of the Science Bowl people Saturday, but whatever. At least I got to hang out with friends and go to Great America prior to that...

But seriously, so according to her, I'm pretty much a failure at life. Expectations? Yeah, sure, but maybe it's something more. Usually if it's just expectations, you wouldn't talk openly about how even though someone's grades are decent, she knows pretty much nothing, how she's worse in basically everything than her sister, and how she spends way too much time watching dramas and talking to her friends. Yeah, okay, so maybe I do watch too many dramas, but it's not like I watch them when I have school. I've watched one drama this year, during the first three days of spring break. During which I also finished all of my homework, and successfully memorized three two-page Bach pieces. Guess I'm such a failure, huh.

And yeah, I COULD finish my homework really quick if I didn't talk to my friends. But then I would also be a loner. Of course, I doubt my parents would care as long as they had a smart, nerdy little girl to brag about and to force into an Ivy League. As long as you're smart, you don't need friends, right? Big whoop. If I didn't have friends, at this rate, I REALLY would have killed myself by now. Not that I haven't tried.

And I realized today that I haven't ever had anyone say "I love you" truly, sincerely, 100% honestly to me. I don't doubt that maybe deep down my parents do love me, if only on a biological/familial level, but sometimes I wish they'd be more open about it. But truthfully, sometimes I wish I could just feel more loved, you know? Sometimes when my friends aren't around, and my parents are yelling at me, I wonder why I'm still alive. I wonder why I put up with all this crap. And I wonder if anyone, in this whole entire world, truly loves me.

Sometimes my life is hell.

Great America! =D

So on the way there, Sling, Davy, Cory, and I just talked about some random crap, and fail-sang some songs. xD
Tons of people went; I don't even remember everyone... There was me, Davy, Sling, Cory, Simon, Minyoung, Nick, Chris, Desmond, Henry, Matt, Janet, Julia, Lijia, Fion, and definitely a few more girls, but I didn't really talk to them too much...

We went on Flight Deck like 3 times first. Henry was slightly creeped out, but he got over that after the first time, even though he doesn't exactly like roller coasters. -shrugs- I pretty much had to drag Simon up his first time. Like, I got up there, looked around, went "Where the hell is Simon?!?!" and realized he was being a chicken and staying at the bottom. What a wuss. But then he went on by himself the next time, so that's all good.
Vortex was pretty fun, but that's always sort of painful because my head always bumps between the harness. xD We stood on the bridge in front of the water slide or whatever too, and got DRENCHED. Then we went on Drop Zone, where the ten seconds they leave you at the top were like THE scariest moments of my life, but that was amazing. But at the top, Davy and I looked at each other, and we were both like, "I'm slightly scared of heights..." which was rather amusing since we basically told each other we had to go on.
Then Davy, Sling, and I got in line for Grizzly (where I saw Daniel Pok - for the first time, I saw him four times in total =P), but then Nick hadn't gone on the first time, since his shirt was totally wet and everything. So I went with him on Drop Zone (since he's too scared to go on by himself...) and we went on the Grizzly. Afterward, we just waited for Sling and Davy to get off and went to lunch.

Lunch wasn't too special, 'cept there were these bees everywhere, and people kept taking/stealing my food. Not that I really cared. xD

Then we just went to the Rapids (Matt and I got SOAKED), which had a pretty long line, but was tolerable. And we went to the Logger Run before Nick/Chris/Desmond/Matt/people had to leave, which sort of sucked. Then came Delirium (which was pretty damn awesome, even though Simon didn't chickened out again -.-) and Demon. I was talking to these guys on Delirium; one of them was like, "Don't scream until it gets to the good part," so I was all like, "Since when did these rides have orders?" just in a joking way. But it was amusing, and people laughed. Then I was trying to convince the guy to the right of me to go on Drop Zone, since he hadn't before (I guess he's sort of scared of heights too?). I wonder if he actually went... We rode on the carousel too, just for the kicks. xD
Then came Logger Run twice, once with all four people (Davy, Sling, Simon, me) since the line for singles/doubles was hecka long, then once split into twos (duh).

By then, it was like 6, which meant it was time to go. Which was depressing, since I wanted to drag Simon onto Drop Zone. =P But then it took Cory like, 13 (yes I counted) minutes to get his butt out here, so whatever. Ride back was pretty uneventful, except for a slight ambush by Cory (behind) and Davy (left) on me, which was amusing. Then I sort of dozed for the rest, since I was super tired.

Then we got to Sling's house and just hung around for a while, talking and watching TV. And I made a freaking retarded mistake, but I don't think it did any damage (hopefully). But I was just so pissed at myself, I couldn't believe I forgot. -sighs- Ah well.

All in all, it was a pretty awesome day! Slightly bummed we didn't get to go on Invertigo or Firefall (it was closed), but it was amazing nevertheless. I still feel like I'm on a roller coaster. xD

Such a Gemini...

Two different sides to me... One most of you will never know? Yep.

High School Relationships

...Are amazingly cute and everything, but I can't help but think that they cause more problems than they're worth. Of course, once (if) I get a boyfriend, I'll probably be appalled that I ever even thought about this, let alone blogged it, but ehhh.

For once, it's very, very improbable that you're going to stay with your high school boyfriend/girlfriend for the rest of your life (or even stay with the same person all of high school), so from a cynical point of view, high school relationships are pretty much test drives. Experience. Personally, I don't believe that, it's just something that could be said about them.

What do we know about love? We're barely teenagers. How can we even tell if we love someone? I don't doubt that it's possible, I just don't know how you could tell. -shrugs- I haven't personally had any experience with this, so I don't really have anything to say about it other than the questions I'm asking.

It's wayyy easy to get jealous, which I had a slight run-in with just now. It's not that we don't trust people, I think it's just that you want to spend all your time with the person that if they spend time with someone else, you feel neglected and sort of end up resenting the person for "stealing" them from you. (By the way, this has nothing to do with my run-in, that event just reminded me that I've wanted to write this for a while. xD) But at this point, it's hard for most of us to even develop trust, so that could be a factor too. Anyways, once one person in the relationship gets jealous, its usually harder and harder for the other to just hang out with friends without his/her partner tagging along. Which sort of sucks. For pretty much everyone.
I would be lying if I said I would never be jealous, because I'm pretty sure I would. I'm going to have to keep that in check though, because I'd hate for my boyfriend to lose time to hang out with his pals because of me. Of course, he's got to compromise too. =P

Too much PDA. Self-explanatory.

And there's always the chance that the guy you fall for is a jerk. Which has happened. It's not like we choose to fall for people, but most of the time, even if we could choose, girls might choose the guy anyways, because they always seem so nice and amazing at the beginning.
But then there's that whole issue with the girls/guys loving the chase. That's a main reason why everyone always falls for the bad boy who has a reputation instead of going for the sweet guy who loves you. I guess it has something to do with the fact that you know the one who already likes you will still be there, and its a "challenge" or "adventure" to go after one who doesn't like you yet. And even though it's always an ego boost to learn someone likes you (don't deny it, it's true), it's even more of one to realize you can make someone like you.
Personally, I think that's stupid. Amazing, sweet, cute, caring guy likes you? If you don't like anyone, fine. You can't really change that. If you already like someone else, you can't do much about that either. But if you're a free agent looking for someone, why go after the complete idiot and ignore the wonderful guy right in front of you? Major lack in reasoning there.

*****

But then there's all the upsides too, like having someone to confide in and lean on. Having someone to dry your tears when you cry. Having someone to let you know you're loved. Having someone to do littler, stupid things to make your day better. Having someone to protect you. Having someone make you feel special. Having someone make your life seem so much brighter.

I guess it really just depends on perspective. As of now, I'm iffy on the subject. I guess that with anything involving love or relationships, Ill just have to wait it out.

Spring Break!

Finally!!

I'm SO ready for this! Heck yeah! No more getting up at like, 6:30 am for another week! And I can sleep whenever I want! No staying up to do homework, and I can FINALLY watch those dramas I've been putting on hold and try to finish Pokemon: Galactic Battles! Plus I don't have THAT much homework, just Euro notes and a decent amount of French for a week...
But on the other hand, I have to completely memorize 15 Bach pieces, and study for AP Testing (which I am SO screwed for... -sighs-), Then my mom wants me to study for the math/French subject tests too, even though I'm probably not going to take THOSE for a while.

Well anyways, today was pretty chill. Lots of talk about Spring Break during TA, chem test was pretty easy, physics quiz was horrible (but then we just did absolutely nothing for the rest of the period), and we didn't end up having a quiz in French (people studied the wrong stuff) so we watched music videos all period.
We had this sub in chem/physics with the awesomest accent ever! It was like British... but with an Australian ring to it? I don't know. It was just pretty sweet.

Zach brought more poppers to school, so during lunch, Robyn, Zach, and I just went around pulling them on random people. =P Then we played with the confetti. xD I swear, those things are so much fun, I am so buying a box if I find them. =P

And then I have some stuff planned over break, but not much, on account of the intensive studying/piano playing I'm bound to be doing.
But I'm hanging out with Davy for a whole day; we're going to go get kicked out of Walmart, do an Asian version of the Taylor Swift/T-Pain "Thug Story" rap, and then pig out on junk food while watching Disney movies. =D
Then I've got bowling with the whole Science Bowl team; probably midnight bowling, which will be pretty awesome, except I'll still fail at it...
And I'm planning on hanging with Clarie, Shannie, and Simon sometime too, just not sure when. So yeah.

Spring Break, here I come!!! =]

Happy April Fool's Day!

So yeah, today was a pretty awesome day! Well, except for the fact that I kept thinking it was Friday, and it wasn't. -sighs-

So TA was boring, like always. Except the office ladies REALLY like me. xD Too bad that doesn't mean I get donuts or anything... But anyways, so I was sort of looking over conics for the Calculus Readiness Test (there weren't even any), and some lady comes in and is like, "Are you... studying?" So I told her about the readiness test, and she goes out to the front desk all happy and is like, "She's studying for calculus! What a good student!" Then Lynette told her how they were lucky to have me, just because I needed to get to school early. xD

Trig was pretty boring; we just took the test. It was pretty easy, but I think I screwed up on the equation of a cosine graph, since I TOTALLY forgot how to do those. Ah well. I just want an A so my grade doesn't drop (too much) and that way, it can act as a buffer for when I completely bomb a test (I have a feeling it's going to be the one next chapter on conics. xD).
Then I played HeartGold on Sarah's DS. Agh, I SO want a DS and the new game now! The graphics are way better than the regular gold/silver, but I guess that's expected. Ah well. My GameBoy Color's pretty beast too. Old school FTW!

Break was pretty boring, I didn't do much. Talked to Tommy about fainting and marching band. xD

We TRIED to play a prank on Addison in English by switching her mouse with Shannie's wireless one, but it didn't work since even after I unplugged hers and plugged in the USB for Shannie's, she still couldn't control it. Then we were both like, "Aw sh*t" because we didn't know what to do to get her mouse back in and ours out (since it was plugged into the back of her computer). Mac was able to switch them back without her noticing though, which was good. Except it was after she discovered her mouse wasn't working and thought it was really weird. xD It was so nerve-wracking when I was switching the two mice though, since she was only like seven feet away. It was sort of like, "Okay, which one is it?!?! This one? -yanks- -plugs- -runs back to seat-" xD
Then we watched Defiance, which is a really good movie, and sort of sad at the same time... Sabretooth (from Wolverine) and James Bond are both in it! =P So yeah, we didn't do much.

Lunch was hecka fun. Zach tried to prank me by sneaking up behind me and pulling a popper, but it didn't work since I just happened to turn around right as he was about to pull it. So he tried to hide it behind his back, but I'd already seen it (it's hard to miss when it was aimed straight at your face previously) so he sort of gave up and just pulled it. =P Then he pulled one on Robyn, which was amusing. Then I did it to Lucy and she FREAKED. It was hilarious. xD Then we had this blueberry/Tater Tot food fight. Like, the ground was COVERED in mashed blueberries and pieces of Tater Tots... And we stole each other's stuff, so we were all half-wrestling each other (and I was pretty much getting picked up), and trying to sneak pieces of food in each other's hoods. It was pretty awesome.

We had a fire drill right after lunch too, which was probably an April Fool's joke, but I'm not sure. But that ate up some time from AP Euro, so I have no objection. Although I would've liked to not have had to walk all the way to the basketball courts...

Then we had a practice DBQ in AP Euro, which no one wrote, so we got it assigned for homework. Which is actually better, because then you can type it and take as long as you want. I just finished mine. =P So we pretty much just talked and did whatever for that whole period too.

So all in all, a pretty amazing day! One more day before Spring Break! Heck yeah!
