Thanksgiving Day!

Anyways, It's Turkey Day! =) Except I didn't eat turkey. I ate chicken. Oh well, who cares. So yeah, I had A LOT of good food today! Let's see my tally.

Round #1: 1/2 a 3 lb chicken, 2 bowls buttered corn, 1 bowl mashed potatoes, 1 bowl potato salad, 2 Costco dinner rolls with butter, 1 yam, 1 glass bottle of apple cider, and 3 scoops Dreyer's Rocky Road ice cream.

Round #2: about 1/10 a 3 lb chicken, 1 bowl buttered corn, 1/2 bowl potato salad, 1 Costco dinner roll (un-buttered), 3 Swiss cheese/turkey rolls, 1 caramel apple pop, and 2 scoops Dreyer's Rocky Road ice cream.

So... I guess the total would be...

3/5 a 3 lb chicken
3 bowls buttered corn
1 bowl mashed potatoes
1 1/2 bowls potato salad
3 Costco dinner rolls (2 with butter, 1 without)
3 Swiss cheese/turkey rolls
1 yam
1 glass bottle of apple cider
1 caramel apple pop
5 scoops Dreyer's Rocky Road ice cream

Hm. Not bad for a 13 year-old girl who, as of last month, weighed less than 100 lbs. XD Sadly, there isn't going to be a Round #3, as to do that, I would have to employ the microwave, which would undoubtedly wake up my mom, who would undoubtedly ask me why I'm still awake at 3:30 in the morning. And while we're on the topic of food, I wonder what vegans eat on Thanksgiving. o.o Is there such a thing as tofurkey? Or something like that? Hm... But anyways, Turkey Day was AWESOME! We watched lots of random TV, ate food, and just had a great time. Jess came back too, so we talked a lot about stuff. Haha.

Then I actually thought about the stuff I'm grateful for, but it's pretty much everything in my life, so I guess I'd have to say I'm grateful about life in general. I did list a few general things though:

~ Alex's family being okay after their car accident in L.A.
~ all of my awesome friends who love me (and if you don't, you aren't my friends anymore! Rawr. Lol, jaykays) ILY GUYS! <3
~ my family, even though heaven knows how much they get on my nerves. XD
~ being able to go to school and learn (even though some of my teachers are a pain and homework is a drag)
~ having this wonderful, delicious food that I gorged myself on today
~ having my computer (because we all know I couldn't live without it)
~ POST THANKSGIVING SALES!!! W00T!!!

Haha, yeah. There's my oh-so-awesome list for you. =P I'll admit I wasn't feeling very thankful after I finished Round #1, due to the fact that I was cramming all of my algebra homework and French project in order to go to the sales tomorrow, but that thankful feeling came back during Round #2, in the midst of eating that bowl of potato salad and the cheese/turkey rolls.

Anyways, off the topic of Thanksgiving (and all that food *drools*), my French project looks pretty awesome! I'm done with most of my homework now: I have that English essay (which I seriously don't want to think about, let alone start) and some French question thingies. I was looking over my Mirrors Book from last year too, and that made me wonder, how the hell did I make those good projects last year? Sheesh. I man, seriously. I didn't even send that much time on my Mirrors Book; I wonder what I'd think if I got to look over my HNB. O.O So, back to the Mirrors Book; It's got some pretty awesome writing in here, not to mention drawings. I'm thinking about lending it to Mrs. Goodhue when her class does them just as an example, and getting it back at he end of the year. Hm. It would work. Anyways, I should probably go to bed, that way I won't completely conk out while I'm shoving people around tomorrow in order to get the cool, cheap stuff on sale everywhere. XP
