Research award + Outstanding
I still think we should have gotten gavel. I mean, on one hand, I definitely should have talked more, taken a bit more of a leadership role in committee. On the other, Belgium, while good speakers, signed their name as a sponsor on every freaking directive and jumped up at every chance to speak. A little bit too outspoken and rather annoying after a while.
Ah well, it was fun, and I did well, considering it was my first time. It really didn't seem hard at all though - the first hour of the first day was a bit confusing, but it really wasn't hard to catch on. It might have been because it was Santa Clara, but I was definitely expecting MUN to be harder. I sort of wish I had gone to conferences earlier, but I know it's sort of ridiculous to expect that of myself, given how damn busy I've been for the past four years... Oh well.
It was a pretty awesome weekend, and Brian was an awesome partner for putting up with my incessant questions and helping with policy. =]
